Streamlined Accounting, Needs Better Payroll
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Bank feeds and back reconciliation process in Acumatica, along with the dashboards. The streamlined process for the feeds is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find the payroll feature effective since we chose not to go with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves a lot of accounting processes for my construction company. I love the streamlined process for bank feeds, back reconciliation, and dashboards.
Cloud-Based Accounting with Room for Improved Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is cloud-based. Being at the conference is helping me understand Acumatica and the system much better. The initial setup of Acumatica was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Procore integration is my biggest headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for all our accounting needs, including bank recs, bills, invoicing, AR/AP, GL transactions, and project accounting. Its cloud-based feature was crucial for remote work during COVID, unlike our previous desktop-only system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity for user experience and speed at completing tasks with Acumatica. It streamlines procedures and simplifies accounting functions, which is great. It also provides a source of truth that you can trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think better automation in matching Purchase Receipts to AP invoices would be beneficial. It also took a while to get Acumatica set up and adapted to our business.

I like the cloud-based data feature of Acumatica as it really helps with running a multi-national business. I appreciate the real-time data access and the extraordinary uptime compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find data visualization in Acumatica lacking. It could benefit from seamless integration with specialty visualization software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is flexible and cloud-based. It's a big advantage for me because I have a distributed footprint in a highly regulated market, and having visibility on the road is huge. I also appreciate that it combines our processes end to end with transparency. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and that was really helpful. Overall, I find the flexibility of Acumatica a great fit compared to what we were using before.

Robust Inventory, Easy Reporting, Lacks PM Strength
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of reporting data. The inventory management is very strong. I also find the business events feature and no-code customizations to be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the project management capabilities in Acumatica very weak. We're not able to perform PM duties without outside systems. It would really help if it had Gantt chart capabilities.

Acumatica improves data availability, handles AR collections, strengthens inventory management, eases data reporting, and offers business events and no-code customizations.
Intuitive Navigation, Streamlined Customer Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive Acumatica is to navigate and how simple it is to implement into daily processes. It provides a very efficient way to connect with customers regarding anything from sales opportunities to billing. Receiving the payments is smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interfacing with Acumatica payments can be a little confusing on first go if you have used a different payment processor previously. Our navigation panes were still covered with menus for the previous processor and not compatible with Acumatica payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica efficiently connects me with customers for sales opportunities and billing. It's intuitive to navigate and simple to integrate into daily processes.

Great accounting and financial analysis and visibility

Out of box WMS is not robust enough for our industry

Robust Integration with Some Growing Pains
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica allows unlimited users, so our whole company can have access. It plugs in so well with other applications like Velixo, and I can drill through to so many screens seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls around the post period in the allocation screen in the construction module. Often it will try to post based on transaction date instead of post period. In the allocation rule or on the allocation screen, I would like the option to select a financial period to post to rather than only the transaction date. Implementation was actually very rough because we had so many custom workflows from our legacy system, and it was very hard to get people to adapt.

Acumatica allows my whole company to have access with unlimited users, integrates effortlessly with applications like Velixo, and aids in payroll, AP, project management, and producing financials.
Flexible and Efficient ERP for Manufacturing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's flexibility and how it adds visibility to processes. The reporting and dashboards are truly valuable, helping me in manufacturing by improving efficiency. Everything works well, and I find the initial setup pretty easy to handle. I also appreciate how it integrates with other tools, such as Cad Talk and payment integrations.

Price.
