Acumatica ERP Makes It Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out to the community for help and get quick, responsive, and most importantly helpful feedback to overcome some challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licesning structure can pose unexpected problems based on a large data set

Keeping all of our Brands in check and maintaining Inventories.

Construction Company Implementing Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
The customization piece of Acumatica is the most beneficial to our company. Being able to create different views, filters and other pages for each of our users is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system isn't made exactly how our business operates. We manufacture wall panels and each panel is different. We feel as though the system is better equipped for manufacturers who make the same items over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a bunch of disparate systems that need to be consolidated into one in order to provide accurate financial and project information.
Very effective and controlling with users.
What do you like best about the product?
It does not let a user go back and change previous transactions after being released.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payroll option could be better and also the time keeping system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from quickbooks and Acumatica helps us be a better company with better controls.
Great accounting system for professional service work bookkeeping
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and I like the project set up for our professional service work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we need a report, for example our 1099-NEC report didn't show up after our upgrade, I contacted our support partner and they helped and put the report there...but also charged us for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help keep track of our professional service projects.

ease of use and implementation and full of features and a lot of reports,which minimize the need for customization.

some modules as (POS) , available only by third party (ISV)

Intuitive User Interface & Great Intercompany Features
What do you like best about the product?
Our real estate & development company has over 80+ company books for each property and Acumatica's seamless intercompany transactions make balancing our due to/due froms a breeze. Integration at go-live was easier than expected and troubleshooting issues has been quick & painless with their online Community of FAQ and help desk. The flexibility of their controls and workflows has also made it easy to customize the system to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the descriptions of modules or functions is not as intuitive, such as "Releasing" a transaction instead of the univeral term of "Posting", or "reversing" a bill instead of "voiding". But the team has quickly gotten used to the new terminology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem they're solving is recording and balancing our intercompany transactions as well as mass recording multi-company JEs at once rather than one by one in each set of books
Really good ERP
What do you like best about the product?
I do research through Acumatica to assist others in our accounting department. The system in general is fairly intuitive once you have it set up properly. Search function is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure all of your required features/processes are set up before going live to avoid any extra headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being newer to the company, having a single resource for the research I do while using Acumatica makes my job easier.

It's been 2 years I am using Acumatica as an ERP, it has helped our customers to gain visibility on everyday business with live date, we do particularly appreciate the ability to predict stocks, financial situations thanks to dashboards, reports and general inquiries.
Every module in Acumatica is interconnected and therefore providing the capacity a fully-integrated offer. Our customers were looking for a platform that would enable them to maximise processes and avoid redundant tasks, Acumatica is 100% enabling them to automate tasks and therefore focus on valuable tasks.
It is a scalable platform, enabling our customers to scale the ERP as they grow and adapt accordingly features and performance.

No budget integration. Dashboard for multiple years, periods would be helpful. By account. Report writer.

Integrated modules for most of what we need.
Acumatica – a potent Cloud ERP System.
What do you like best about the product?
The most enjoyable thing about using Acumatica is its immense flexibility. That is a big win for our team who can simply adapt the system to our work processes. In particular, I find searching through the data and the different parts of the system to obtain the information I require quite effortless. We find it easy to customize it in line with our requirements and at the same time this doesn’t require much of a learning curve. Finally, it was compliant with DCAA which really made it stand out during selection of our ERP and ensures we follow the industry standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, the Journal Transactions controls may be strengthened. I have given my opinion that the procedure for reversal or adjustment is not very straightforward and requires certain minor adjustments that should be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the project management and accounting processes easier to operate and has been a game changer for us. This makes our financial data crystal clear, which we use in making informed business decisions.
