What do you like best about the product?
The developer community.
The flexibility with the no code tools make it great. The shared filters feature on reports allow users to save filters and even share company wide. Upgrade process is smooth. Cloud based and on Orem options.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance investigations and corrections are challenging. It is east to creat customizations that can kill performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified location for accounting and distribution.

a little cluttered natively in some instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
implementation of clean GL / proper division set up from old software. Streamlining AP processes for up to date job costing.
No better ERP in the Mid-Market space
What do you like best about the product?
As a former Dynamics SL user and consultant, Acumatica bridges most of the gaps that were sorely missing in SL. The UI is so easy to use and I love the dashboards and the upgrade process. Plus, they have 2 major releases each year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. One feature that is missing is the copy and paste functionality in the transaction screens. This would be a huge benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Client Account Manager. One of my roles is to move our current SL and GP clients to Acumatica. The demos we show our clients are seamless and give us a huge advantage against the competition. The clients see the ease of use and the rich features and functionality make it very easy for us to migrate them to Acumatica.
Where is the scalability?
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I really enjoy about Acumatica is the ease of looking up items, and the customization of the column on places such as inventory summary. It makes viewing easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the non-auto allocation of items to orders. Scalability wise, this is a nightmare if you're putting up 1000s of products a day, and receiving 1000s of orders. This has been an absolute nightmare for our company and a consistent headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not very many that our other ERP couldn't handle.

Acumatica is a great ERP for a number of indistries
What do you like best about the product?
The toolset availablie in Acumatica is robust and gives you the flexibility to tailor processes to your business needs rather than having to change how you work. It has a solid foundation in many areas and is easy for people to jump in and start using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out of the box reporting is lacking some. The available tools allow you to make virtually any report that you need, but it does take someone with some understandig of relational databases to do it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a former consultant I helped many clients nodernize their business operations by getting rid of clunky legacy systems and moving to Acumatica. I now use it as a customer and we have moved all of our manual processes into Acumatica to provide the business with a single source of truth.
A software company that listens to its users
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has an incredibly powerful off the shelf suite of features that can be implemented with minimal customization but working with an Acumatica parter you can truly personlize the software to meet your business needs. Most importantly Acumatica listens to customer feedback and truly wants to ensure that you achieve the best user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any ERP system Acumatica is an investment, and being that they are quickly growing and releasing new features having too many customizations can lead to an arduos version upgrade process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica brings the project management function and accounting function together in a way that provides greater visability, planning opportunities and project performance management data then haveing multiple systems in place.
Not user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. Too complex to train accounting staff on. Expensive to try to get support. User-created reports are difficult. Does not meet standard accounting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly, difficult to understand process flow, help screens that were probably written by a professor in quantum physics, standard accounting functions are convoluted and not typical of accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More like what problems is it creating. New staff members struggle to learn how to use it and full functionality is never attained.

I like how Acumatica offers a full suite of accounting functions and reporting capability making financial management process easy and fast.It's simple to process and track payments with Acumatica.Again,this tool integrates seamlessly with tools and systems that we use in our institution.It's now possible to make better financial decisions with Acumatica.It's simple and fast to close accounting books with this tool.It is simple to manage expenses with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when I find it difficult to customize financial reports with Acumatica.

It's simple to manage money flowing in and out of our institution with Acumatica.It automates Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.It automates workflows and financial operations thus increasing productivity.It also increases our business profitability.
