Efficient and User-Friendly, But Needs More Standard Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the speed of the system.

I find the out of the box options lacking.

Acumatica solves cycle counts, inventory, shipping, and receiving challenges with ease of use and fast system speed.
Efficient ERP with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica has user-friendly screens that are easy to manage. Also, I appreciate the multiple ways to navigate or access pages. It helps with maintaining data integrity and provides one source of truth, which is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to push item updates to work orders and bills of material rather than always being a snapshot in time.

Acumatica solves data integrity issues by providing one source of truth and ensures data is uniform across all areas.

Effective Inventory Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ability to plan, create, and track. It helps me track inventory in real time, plan manufacturing needs, and create purchase orders and work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are way too many windows and duplicate information in Acumatica. I haven't found a way to scrap price parts in a production order yet. Also, the MRP should be able to filter to show just what I need to create POs for. I think the clock-in feature should be available in the production WO, instead of requiring a completely different screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to manage inventory accurately, track inventory in real-time, and plan manufacturing needs. It helps me plan, create, and track to create purchase orders and work orders efficiently.
Seamless Scaling with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to access data from anywhere. It's great that all data is consolidated in one place and field reports can be filed live. I also appreciate the cost codes and the ability to have detailed reports without having to run any code. The initial setup was seamless, and I would highly recommend Acumatica with a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice if Acumatica had more out-of-the-box reporting options and maybe something similar to Crystal Reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica consolidates all my data in one place, allowing live field reports and access to data from anywhere. It supports scalability with features like field services, offers ease of use, includes cost codes, and provides detailed reports without needing to run code.

I like that Acumatica makes ordering materials easy based on reorder points. This feature helps keep down lead times for customers, which is really important for efficient inventory management and shipping. I also found the initial setup of Acumatica to be very easy.

I use Acumatica for day to day CRM because it's user friendly and simple to use. I also find it incredibly valuable to have the ability to track opportunities in real time for reporting, which really helps me out. The initial setup was easy since there was support available whenever I needed it.

I think Acumatica could use more AI in all areas, especially in CRM.

I find searching for data in Acumatica time consuming. The initial setup was also very difficult.

Strong ERP Platform Backed by Customization Power
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility, multifunctionality, user-friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor bugs in modules are not being fixed from release to release. Required solid training for users. There’s a lot of documentation, but finding the exact answer quickly can sometimes be challenging without prior platform knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica centralizes financial and operational data into one system, eliminating manual work and disconnected tools. This gives me cleaner data, faster analysis, and more time to focus on improving processes instead of fixing data issues.

Acumatica is easy to use and intuitive from a user’s perspective. Navigation is straightforward, making it simple for users to adopt quickly. Implementation was relatively smooth, and the system is robust enough to support daily use across multiple functions.
The number of available features allows the platform to scale with business needs, while the use of Classes makes adding and maintaining accounts or parts efficient and consistent. Integration with other systems is generally straightforward, and customer support has been responsive and helpful when issues arise.

Some general releases have not performed as expected once moved to production. Features such as the Modern UI were available for testing for an extended period, yet still launched with significant issues. This occasionally results in additional rework after upgrades and reduces confidence in the readiness of certain releases.
