Easy to Use and Integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, easy to use for customers, ability to query data and export data. Easy to integration with.

The amount of customizations partners do for individual customers.

There is nothing I don't like about Acumatica. This platform is next level!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves the 'Data Silo' problem. Most companies are a mess of spreadsheets and disconnected apps. Acumatica pulls them into one 'Single Source of Truth.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and flexible, with a straightforward implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small-balance write-off option isn’t available in AP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve our integration issues while also managing all of our accounting processes smoothly.
Intuitive Project Management with Room for App Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is intuitive to use, which makes it easier for me to navigate and handle tasks efficiently. I also value the ability to create detailed cost codes and track them across projects, which provides clarity and helps in managing project finances.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to utilize the App for more would be helpful. When using the App from my phone, the capabilities are limited to approvals and/or Expense submittal(s).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica handles time entry/approvals and AP/AR tasks, and it allows for detailed cost code creation and tracking across projects.
Tailor-Made ERP with Acumatica's Customization Power
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, what I like most about Acumatica is the ability to customize the software. The XRP framework makes it truly easy to make complex customizations, and having access to the ERP source code means I can always see how something works. I appreciate that the framework was built first and then the package, which means customizations and the ability to extend the software are built right in from the foundation up. This is way better than my experience with other ERP packages where customizations were always a complex and tedious process because they were an afterthought.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation can sometimes be vague or overly technical, so it's kind of hard to figure out how to make that documentation work for a certain situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to customize ERP software, enhancing customer efficiency and solving niche problems. Its robust API and integrations with Microsoft technologies simplify connecting external systems and customization, making complex modifications easier.

Acumatica addresses challenges such as inflexible ERP systems, limited customization, and scalability issues. Its cloud-native and open architecture allows me to efficiently customize, extend, and integrate solutions, helping deliver better outcomes for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Acumatica is its flexibility and openness. It doesn’t force our business into a rigid box — instead, it adapts to how we actually operate. We can customize screens, build Generic Inquiries, dashboards, and KPIs, and integrate with other systems gives us real control and visibility across operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages can be vague, and it often takes trial-and-error or outside support to understand what the system is actually expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves the problem of fragmented systems and disconnected data. Before using it, critical information lived in multiple places — accounting, inventory, sales, fulfillment, and reporting — which made it difficult to get a clear, real-time view of the business.
Data Management Made Easy, Needs Faster Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica helps me put together almost any data set from my company and saves time and money. It keeps all the information in a nice neat format, which is really helpful for creating monthly reports about sales and quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the connection between BigCommerce and Acumatica lacking. It would be easier if there was a native way to pull data from BigCommerce and automatically enter it into Acumatica. Also, I wish the different pages would load faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to compile monthly sales and quotes reports. It helps keep information in a neat format, and I like creating diverse data sets from my company. It saves time and money.

The biggest advantage one can enjoy from it is . It is cloud based ERP software . Which helps us to access it from anywhere
Excellent Mobile App for Barcode Inventory
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is really good for barcode inventory
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are missing trend charts, which makes it difficult to see if things are improving or getting worse. Additionally, the numbers displayed on the cards don't provide much meaningful insight.
