Best ERP by far
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's easy to use interface, well designed out of the box experience, and enormous flexibility enabled through customizations
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a solid manufacturing scheduling capability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous software system was an 80's character based antique that did not meet the needs of the business. Acumatica brought the business into the modern age and positioned us for future growth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Provoding system updates can be challenging. Level 1 support can be improved.

Manage business from almost anywhere. SaaS environment allows me to access/support my clients virtually...
Amazing software that listens to their customers
What do you like best about the product?
I would say community and the ability to learn and grow with the product. Amazing people that care and want to understand your needs. Used and implemented many many ERP, but Acumatica is one that I would keep coming back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trace and error codes are not helpful sometimes and its sometimes hard to trace the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all of our departments from engineering, manufacturing, installation, project management, and service. Also, before Acumatica we had abysmal reporting and data integrity; this is something that Acumatica is starting to solve this problem
Great Product - Ever evolving - Fantastic Support
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this product since 2014 (version 4.2). The changes each year continue to impress. Acumatica continues to prove they are a customer/user driven platform that takes our feedback and considers ideas for system-wide changes. I've seen this come to life year after year. The resources available (Acumatica OOTB Help, Online Community, Acumatica Open University, VAR/Partner, etc.) give me confidence I'm not alone if help is needed. Acumatica is proving scalable and has helped us as we've grown from 25M to 45M revenue since 2014.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any software, it doesn't answer every business need without some customization. However, Acumatica continues to improve the "low-code no-code" functionality allowing me, the System Administrator, to build custom processes, add custom fields, and automated Business Events. So...it's hard to count this as a dislike, since every customer is likely to need specific customizations to these concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to more efficiently build reporting data and displaying it multiple ways is an annual improvement. We now are getting powerful reports for all departments and uncovering inefficiencies in labor, inventory, and data entry at a glance on manager dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to clarify your business processes and wishes to your implementation partner before anything else. More meetings and more discussion in the beginning will save you an enormous amount of time and money later on. Don't be scared off by any implementation fees. Don't rush through this very critical setup time.
Velixo is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The power of Velixo is worth buying Acumatica to get. Acumatica works great, but we use it for pretty basic stuff, so I don't have a whole lot to say on ACM. But Velixo's power of reporting and WRITEBACK has saved lots of time. We're just not unlocking its potential but what we've done so far is pretty fabulous. Keep up the good work! Maybe Velixo budgeting is coming?
What do you dislike about the product?
AP Doc recognition has been pretty clunky and disappointing. It doesn't seem to "learn" very well and isn't very easy to adapt to how we need to code the invoices. Payroll was also a disappointment, and we traded it for WorkforceGO, which is fantastic, so good job bringing in closer to the vest!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really thinking of much here - it's taking care of our GL and AP and now WorkforceGO payroll and HR. So, basically it brought us into the world of cloud computing out of an old legacy product (Microsoft Dynamics SL).
A program with alot of possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
It has the ability to handle many types of transactions. It integrates with many third party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like learning GI's is needed to help use Acumatica to it's full ability. However, trying to learn how to do the GI's is not the easiest. I've asked my partner for help and basically they want to write them, at a cost to us, instead of enabling us to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with WorkForce Go is helping us to minimize payroll processing time. This helps me have more time to devote to other duties.

What do you like best about the product?
How it can be personalized for every business, a lot of the coding can be done without developers, but also the amount of change developers is astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulties in the upgrades, field names changing, and it breaking GIs, import scenarios, business events, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the conversion on non-stock item to stock items is a common issue for us, and this will have great impact on our business
Acumatica a true flexible ERP
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the platform to fit our needs. This can be done with one of the many partners or by writing data with API's. Another thing we like is the multi-currency in the same tenant, which was helpful for us. Being able to brand the product to match our brand is important to our company. Permissions and controls were also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The char limit in ID's, was a challenge for us. Template items in retail space was also challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get one source of truth. Acumatica solved this with getting our data in one spot. This will help us drive our business forward.
