Innovation at its best
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. We were able to transition to Acumatica very quickly from our previous ERP. They also continue to improve the solution. Making it better by listening to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is difficult to say. The Service contracts needed more customization than expected. It took us about 3 months to get it working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-currency and aging of nonserial items. We continue to expand in our region and needed a system that can handle multi-currency. Add lots to the system allowed us to fix an audit issue that was not possible with our previous system.

I love the user community and how easily I can access help with whatever I'm trying to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is difficult to back out of some processes...hard to "undo"

MRP - currently planning is manual and I've learned at the conference how to leverage MRP to address our challenges

Acumatica is extremely flexible and dynamic. It allows for customer-specific workflows to be met with ease.

Acumatica could enhance their built-in industry integrations and provide stability across the board.

Industry specific problems are being solved and adding tremendous value. It has been a pleasure assisting our clients in many ways.

Usability driven by an intuative UI and overall easy to use UX. Ability to drive feedback to the prodcut team

Bug fixes sometimes take time to deploy and some features have poor design.

Scaleability, access from anywhere, anytime, on any device.
Acumatica Best ERP for Accounting and Finance
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it automate my company's AP, AR, and Cash Management processes, as well as our Journal entries, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just many things you don't know
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the payment application, import/export of data, dashboards that summarizes what we need.
Flexible and Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most hepful thing about Acumatica is how user friendly the platform is. It's easily customizable to meet specific industry needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I truly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is bringing together our work processes and helping eliminate unnecessary manual tasks.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in the accounting department, so anything with financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful are some of the functionalities that apply to SO's.

Currently, we have a ticket open for our PO's that are not marked completed when fully received.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Acumatica is how it grows with their customers and communities. Everyone works together to create a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not as user friendly as they could be. Screens bouncing can cause slow downs and confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track and react in real-time with our manufacturing processs.
Platform is Awsome
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, browser-based and because we use the sas version the IT overhead is minimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
That needs a follow, need more time. Brower-based seems a time slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire organization can use a single platform to manage our business.
Customer Experience Review
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Acumatica now for seven months, and we enjoy how much it has allowed us to automate tons of our manual procedures. We will be continuing to add automation into our business practices while using Acumatica. I can also release Purchase Receipts from the app on my phone, which helps eliminate the tasks that need to be done from a computer only.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Access Rights are complicated to navigate through. I recommend making that interface more user-friendly. Also, not being able to set up pre-orders without collecting payment at the time of the order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, being able to remove the manual processes helps bring the amount of time & labor down for other projects.
