What do you like best about the product?
Abilitiy to modify data and display it the way we want it

The crew time reporting is lacking and not on the mobile app

Amazing company transformation software
What do you like best about the product?
One system for the whole company, from start to finish, where you can manage the customer's account and anyone on your team will have the knowledge able to support their efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any specific dislikes, the solution just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in support, with employee time, and notes on the customers issues.

Centralized data allows for more communication through data without the need to email.

Acumatica represents powerful technology yes very user friendly.

Acumatica is very customizable, but with that comes the opportunity for a customization to negatively impact the user experience if not done properly.

It is quite easy to have visibility into all business processes and operations

Acumatica has an easy-to-use user interface and solves many problems businesses face in their processes. Its inventory module provides a lot of needed detail for companies to manage the complexities of tracking products.

The reporting and general inquiry screens can be difficult to use.

Acumatica Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is intuitive for users. It is robust and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?

Acumatica is more efficient than our old ERP. User experience and workflows are faster and easier.
Acumatica - True Cloud ERP
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the built in functionality that other ERPs require you to use 3rd parties for. Acumatica is also very easy to learn from an end user perspective
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica overall does a good job but I would like to see the way you choose addresses in SOs updated in a newer release. Its one of the few things that SAP B1 does better

We just implemented ACU internally and it is already so much easier to use than our last system. Quick Bill and Invoice processing along with very seamless payment integrations...something we had to manually develop in the last system
