What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Acumatica is the business tracking and automation systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email and Exchange integration could be streamlined a bit better.

Tracking customer and business parts from Quote to Cash.

Using Acumatica has allowed us to streamline processes through usability while giving us tools to implement our own changes to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i can think of to dislike.

Being able to access Acumatica remotely has helped us expand the reach of our business.

Acumatica allows us to have access to our financial and project information from anywhere at anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica needs more innovations in the Construction Module. There is a lot of distribution influence on the set up of projects, invoices, bills, pos, etc that is not relevant to Construction financial set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica allowed our entire company to access their project financials in real time and eliminated a handful of finance employees from having to export and distribute.
We moved our firm from a decades-old home brewed ERP to Acumatica. Life is good again.
What do you like best about the product?
The inherent flexibility of the platform, combined with its thorough documentation make for an extensible but relatively easy business platform. It's been stable and the contractor network for providing support to merchants and customers is stable and trustworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumping into any ecosystem has its challenges. For me, the complications of learning an entirely new architecture were somewhat more confused due to the ongoing updates the platform has received, as community documentation was frequently out of date. As time has gone on, the number of breaking-changes has been increasing over time, though this has been mitigated by an extremely responsive support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding a domestic US retail operation to overseas with multi-warehouse, multi-national inventory and distribution. It also provided us the ability to grow into these spaces from USDM-only with relatively little pain.
The most agile and customizable system in the marketplace.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize from the module level down the field level
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of professional service-centric features (i.e commission and advanced accounting)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get time entered and invoices out the door quickly. Tracking aged AR and reconciling that with late-payor clients. Training modalities are limited.
Flexible ERP for business
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has enabled us to move away from a legacy ERP to a full cloud based solution with flexibility to to make modifications as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve and training materials currently have limited resources, but I imagine that will continue to expand with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the organization process and improves day-to-day operations from moving to a modern cloud-based ERP.

Remote access
I found the user experience to be straight forward and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The best capability I found was that any data we've entered in the system can be easily extracted for review. This allowed us to be able to provide additional training and adjustments during our implementation approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our industry and business a bit different so it took some time finding the right path through the software. We're trying to use as much standard functionality but there are just some capabilities that we need that are not in there.

We need to scalable as we're growing aggressively. This platform is an enabler to our growth strategy.
