What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and the drag and drop feature for attaching documents to bills is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not come across any downsides or dislikes. I do get a little overwhelmed with the learning center. I don't find that it's easy to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us keep track of our grant funds and helps us monitor spending.

It's very flexible in customzing to our business needs.

Sometimes it doesn't save the information.

Acumatica is the replacement of Dynamics SL which support is going away.

Easy to learn, easy reporting options, many integrations available.

Limited support for on-premise licensing

Timely visibility to data across our business units
Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
It combines a high level of customization with a user interface that is intuitive and easy to use. I was able to jump into Acumatica with almost no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with the fixed asset module but I suspect that it is more of an "us" issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing multiple systems together in a way that creates efficiencies for the company. Allows us to manage our subsidiaries as well.

Unlimited users. System adaptability. Multi company capabilities

More out of the box dashboards and better graphical reporting capability

Democratization of data for decision making
Acumatica is hands down the best ERP solution for the SMB marked.

There are some minor limitations in manufacturing.

Smart and Flexible Accounting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its flexibility and how smart it is. It compiles all transactions and provides live figures, which is very helpful for accounting. I also enjoy building generic inquiries and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like carrying over parameters from my Generic Inquiries to my dashboards. It would be better if I didn't have to create a secondary Generic Inquiry to use for the dashboard.

I use Acumatica for accounting as it compiles all transactions and provides live figures.

Versatility and the ability for users to customize GIs, dashboards, etc.

Can have latency depending on certain browsers.

Large learning curve when first getting started using the platform.

Having one centralized location for all our accouhnting data. For systems that don't integrate directly, we've cvreated customizations to import and shuttle data to and from the system.
