Intuitive ERP with Seamless Integration, Needs Better Native CPQ
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's intuitive UI, which makes the barrier for entry easy. It's set up well for integrations and customizations, allowing it to feed into and be driven by existing systems. I also find the cost to be very competitive, making the larger more Enterprise ERP options less enticing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CPQ functionality is limited. Although there are external systems that can be bolted on to handle this, it would be better if this was native functionality in the tool. There are two major things the current system doesn't handle well. The first is multi-level BOMs. Being able to create BOMs with configurations and stack them on top of each other to create a larger product, while maintaining the ability to configure each subassembly on a sales order or quote is key. The second is the ability to integrate with CAD systems like SolidWorks, where engineers build their models that house the rules for how to update the BOMs as configurations change. Also, much of the necessary data isn't available at initial setup, so we have to standardize and collect it, which makes the process long.

I use Acumatica to have a single source of truth for data, allowing for timely and accurate business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about Acumatica Cloud ERP is its flexibility and scalability without unnecessary complexity. It provides strong financial control, intuitive day to day usability, and the ability to adapt processes as the business grows. The open architecture and integration capability give confidence that the platform can evolve alongside changing operational and reporting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we liked least was the level of configuration required to unlock the platform’s full capability. Some workflows and reports are not intuitive out of the box, and the user experience can feel inconsistent across modules. New users often face a learning curve before becoming fully productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving challenges around financial visibility, control, and scalability as the business grows. It provides a single, reliable source of financial data, reduces manual processing, and supports more structured workflows. This has improved confidence in reporting, enabled better decision making, and allowed the organisation to scale without needing to change systems.
Effortless Financial Reporting with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and ease of learning of Acumatica. A new employee can come in fresh and quickly learn how to operate the system, allowing them to jump in and complete their day-to-day duties effectively. It creates efficiencies in month-to-month accounting duties and financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?

Highly Customizable with Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's customizations because they allow us to adapt the platform to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the data I/O in Acumatica not working as well as I'd like. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy for our team.

I use Acumatica for retail, ordering, inventory, and wholesaling. It helps me understand what products we have and where they are. I like its customizations, allowing us to adapt the platform to our needs.
Empowers with Clarity and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access and the customizability of Acumatica. It gives me clarity and efficient reporting, which I find very valuable. Being able to generate reports and simplify reporting is a huge plus. I also found the initial setup to be fairly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that creating GIs could be a little simpler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for inventory management, sales orders, MRP, accounting, and manufacturing. It gives me clarity and efficient reporting. The ease of access and customizability, especially in generating reports, are very valuable.
Streamlined Automation with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's commitment to continuous growth and improvement and their receptivity to customer feedback. I also appreciate the new integrations and AI that have been introduced, which enhance the service even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the configuration on the client side difficult, as we currently rely on our partner for help. Also, I think the AP workflow options could be improved. There were some challenges with the initial setup as well.

Acumatica helps me with more streamlined and automated processes and offers better integration with other systems.
Efficient Accounting with Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ease of use, which makes my tasks simpler. I also appreciate that reporting is quick, saving me time.

I use Acumatica for accounting. It allows us to do complex customer invoicing and AP payables. I like its ease of use, and reporting is quick.
User-Friendly with Powerful Customizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to create no-code customizations. The learning curve isn't high, which makes it easy to pick up different aspects of the system. I also appreciate the visibility it provides across the business and the ease of producing custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little early but so far the only thing that hasn't worked so well has been the Sub account structure which I feel is a bit rigid.

Scalable Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is built on a scalable platform and offers the ability to do everything, or nearly everything, in a single platform. It seems like a product being built to last, and that's something I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we struggle to get good data in the system, which is mostly an internal issue. We also have issues knowing capabilities and how to get things done. Warehouse management and inventory could be improved. Our testing internally was poor and lacked good planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica as our single source of truth for production data, cost accounting, inventory, reporting, and purchasing. It's built on a scalable platform, allowing nearly everything to be done in one place.
Integrated and User-Friendly ERP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how integrated the systems are and the ease of use. The UI is very user-friendly, which makes navigation straightforward. Acumatica helps in minimizing errors, reducing inefficiencies, and streamlining processes effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Natively, Acumatica did not provide a solution for allocation of expenses at the entry level based on subaccounts.
