Good experience with basics in Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica integrates with Aspire.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to change transactions without reversing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with Aspire and allows us to have a place to summarize our financial data.
User friendly and fast
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly, easy to customize with attributes, business events and schedules. Easy reporting.

all our users like Acumatyica, there are no downsides

Easy reporting options, data at fingertips, fast.

Payroll time capture abilities and HR information visibility to employees

Getting real time visibility to data and reporting for our project operations team
User-Friendly with Powerful Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for financials, field services, and inventory management. I like that it's user-friendly. I find hyperlinks, dashboards, and the report designer especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formats on reports. The initial setup was a nightmare, and our VAR knows it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica keeps all our inventory assigned to a project in order.
Hopeful for Future
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to be evolving. Flexiblenot overwhelming like SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that I probably just need to learn to speed up data extraction. Some minor recommendations for Journal Entry improvement.

Basic Journal Entry Analysis. Project Cost Analysis.
Enlightening and Interesting
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really smart system that allows so many of the processes to be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any dislikes as yet. Have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration mostly. It has cut out a lot of my company's manual processes.

After using Sage it has made life so much easier, and organised.

Not knowing more about its capabilities.

Having a one stop for project information.

Highly Customizable, Easy Data Transfer
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica because it puts all of our information in one place, which is incredibly useful. The ability to develop additional functionality keeps us current with technology, and I really like the customizability it offers. We use features like sales orders, AP, AR, inventory, and purchase orders for our day-to-day purchasing and sales. The data transfer process during setup was easy, even though ensuring all data was correct and organized took some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a home-built ERP, I feel like I'm an 'early adopter' of Acumatica because many functions we had are being presented as upcoming features, even though Acumatica is advertised as a mature system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica puts all of our information in one place, allows us to develop additional functionality, and keeps us current with technology.
Flexible, and powerful.... so much so you can get yourself in trouble

Ability to build automated workflows. Modern stack.

permission management is complicated and not the most transparent. Performance issues aren't too transparent either.
