The ability to customizae the module and platform down to the smallest area

sometimes the customatization break other core functions for us

Acumatica is a very efficient system for our team.
Efficient Data Management with Customization Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is clearly structured and is able to handle large amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult routing customization requests through an ISV, it slows the process down and we have to deal with customization conflicts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps me keep up with larger amounts of data without as much manual work. It's clearly structured and handles large data efficiently.
Fantastic product
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use overall. We did overcomplicate the integration and configuration on our end, which made the setup feel more difficult than it needed to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
We overcomplicated the setup by over-customizing the product. We tried to cater to each client’s requests, and the amount of customization we took on ended up creating issues down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security, ease of use, and accessibility were key for us. Reporting was also a major factor, since our previous product made it cumbersome to retrieve the data we needed.

Easy to use, Accurate and Fine Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The support we've received is just top notch, honestly better than any other software I've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processes can be a bit granular, however I feel like safety measures in place are often for the best even if they can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has streamlined our AP and AR functions across our company. Prior to implementation, we used several different softwares that did not integrate fully, which made for a lot of ad-hoc and manual reporting.
