Powerful Tool & Grate Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use Quickbooks enterprise in our organization, and DBSync has really done a great job of helping us integrate our Salesforce opportunities and orders with the order fulfillment function in Quickbooks, their support team is fantastic so just ask them for help. The DBSync interface has been reliable and efficient, I also wish I had more capability to debug or preview results, which I cannot do against my Quickbooks environment while working in the DBsync web interface. When i started with DBSync I was pretty new to salesforce . Configuring DBSync is very easy, you get it started very quickly. If you have any question DBSync Engineers are very helpful to navigate thought the Salesforce most of them are Salesforce certified Engineers. Their SAAS model works really good with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there is anything I really dislike. It does what it says.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates our salesforce and Accounting software with bi-directional synchronization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have faced some issues with queries and mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main priority was to solve the integration challenges between CRM and the accounting software, QuickBooks. It efficiently pushes the Salesforce data to QuickBooks to create invoices, send receivable data to the Salesforce.

Easy to set up, we use DBSync to connect our database with Salesforce.

If there were some sort of standard validation processes in the platform which could have come handy before we are migrating the data from our database to Salesforce instance.

Customized products with excellent support systems made our day.

It is a great tool with pre-built solutions which make the integration simple and easy to implement.

Error handling can be issue. But again, the support team is very efficient to solve the problem.

We use Quickbooks in our organization, and DBSync has really done a great job of helping us integrate our Salesforce opportunities. From every aspect of the accounting and sales opportunities, we have been able to get the benefits.

DbSync Integration platform is a very efficient with all the customization as per the client needs. Their support system is also helpful. Apart from a few glitch with functionalities improvement, it will be a good choice.

We are using Salesforce for Business opportunities and Quickbooks for Accounting information. We were looking for an integration which moves the data that we created in Salesforce into QuickBooks and from Quickbooks to Salesforce. DBSync came into the picture for integration and they made our lives easy by integrating Salesforce with Quickbooks
