It is quite flexible with plug-ins and additional software that can be added

It require technical knowledge and needs to be maintained properly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to understand. Tickets generation and keeping track of tickets are easy. There is no complication. Compared to Jira, it is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Along with the simplicity, many features are missing. We cannot modify many things after the ticket creation. There is room for many features which we can add. The interface should be more catchy. There should be graphs and bar charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it for project management. Timelines of all projects are set in the Redmine. And everyone has assigned tickets in Redmine, and they can update tickets according to their tasks.
