AWS offering is a great place to start experimenting the elastic stack before moving it to an on-prem solution. The main costly aspect of using the cloud solution would be storage.

Additionally, for storage-intensive logging workloads, we added the ability to deploy a hot-warm architecture that allows for a warm high storage tier that has 100 GB of storage per GB of memory.
