Plesk panel for Server Support and website management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use , Cost effective as compare to Cpanel , multiple php version and multi website easy to manage.
Their plugins for autobackup , monitoring and CMS installation are good to have

i think i don't see any bad /missing point from plesk panel

It's easy to manage multiple websites without hassle for any memory issue or any service disruption as it automatically start services in case it goes down for any cause.
Also it's easy to use by non technical person who owns that site and for developers who don't want to check server side issue happening or services issue

User Convenient interface that attract users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less competitive and not that great ease of working like wp.

Hosted my infra and provide solution.

I would recommend to use Plesk as it provide hassle free experience to work with.
Multiple features and support but Less efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Support of multiple development stakes in widely used control panel like PHP, MYSQL, .Net, SQL Server, and Docker etc. and installations on multiple Operating Systems including Windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less Efficiency in comparison to cPanel or LAMP or LEMP stacks as well as some other control panels which are efficient and support multiple web server software. Support for management by different web hosting companies like management through WHMCS, while it considers addon, subdomain and main domain as equal and count them with same number if you put limits on number of domains. While subscription of user is also complex. Change in policies from Plesk Oynx to Obsidian. No synchronisation with other DNS clusters like cPanel's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple development stacks, support for both .Net and Php in same panel, multiple databases supported like MySQL and SQL Server. Free Lets Encrypt SSL.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if coming for multiple development stack hosting then its perfect if coming for efficiency and have other better options then go for them.
Best web hosting control panel
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked as Server administrator and was providing support for web hosting servers. I have worked with many hosting control panels and Plesk was extrmely helpful as an admin as well as a user. I recommended Plesk to many of my customers and they are also satisifed with Plesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plesk has many advances features and basic users may feel it as dificult in the first time and they will realize the real importance when they get familiarized with each features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried solving many issues on Plesk servers including mail, database, webserver etc. The benifit I found in Plesk is that it provide very good support for the logs, using which a server admin can found the root cause of the issues and fix it. Also Plesk has very good support documents and it provides fix/solution for various issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Plesk as the best hosting control panel based on its stabiliy and feature rich platform.

The cost of the product is a bit high. Should consider reducing the cost per server.

Managing DNS is a Little Complicated & Also There is no Option to Set Backup on Different Directory in Linux Also PHP Timeout Occur Many times and Due to that Nginx Timeout occurs Frequently.

Most Nginx Gateway Timeout Error & /root Full Issue Due to Backup Goes in /var/lib/psa/dumps
