What do you like best about the product?
Increase productivity for the backoffice

Sync failers/issues have to be discovered through QBO

What do you like best about the product?
I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue and she walked me through each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that status changes to "Waiting on Customer" when someone from DBSync responds on the request. Sometimes the response was letting me know they would look at the logs or check into something, with that I am still waiting for an additional response. Also, wish we could have figured out a resolutions sooner, since the sync was not running for a whole week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sync stopped working. It turned out to be a cyber security thing on our IT side, but I didn't realize that until we were problem solving.

What do you like best about the product?
Helped me sync QB to Salesforce. Very responsive to my requests.

I have not explored the Cloud Workflow enough to not like something.

Elimates duplicate entries from Salesforce to Quickbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ullas was able to install db sync quickly for one of my client and tool works exactly as per my clients requirmentes and I appriciate the help and would like to explore more on the Dbsync integration part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I shall update if i come across in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dbysync is solving integration problems and helping us automate the process.

DBSync moves all of our financial data between Salesforce and QuickBooks so that it does not have to be done manually.

Nothing all of the products and jobs are working great.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of DBsync cloud workflow is its seamless integration capabilities. By connecting various applications and systems (to us Salesforce and QBO) DBSync enables efficient data synchronization and automation of workflows. This integration simplifies our processes with invoicing, and reduces manual data entry errors, which in return improves our overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think we dislike is getting occasional errors/ issues, however they have excellent customer support who is quick in troubleshooting and supporting us in resolving our issues in a timely manner.
