Support is non-existent since acquisition by Change Healthcare
Absolutely zero support for technical inquiries (including login malfunctions; product breakages; etc.)
When we called Change directly after having no luck getting in touch with the the PokitDok phone numbers and emails, Change personnel were unaware of who/what this product was and had no idea how to support it.
