What do you like best about the product?
TrueConf has totally upset the idea of video conferencing, energizing farther gatherings to work distantly, and stay productive in any place they are. What do you dislike about the product?
Since only one login is allowed, you can't tune in on your PC and furthermore on a portable contraption at the same time. The free arrangement has a downside: video conferencing calls up to just 3 clients is allowed. What do you like best about the product?
There are some cool features, that TrueConf provides:
You find clients for all usage. Means my students can connect by mobile phone, Ubunto, Apple device or PC.
The first minute or so the connection is being negotiated - when it's done you have the best connection your device can deliver. They install the client, I install the client. Both we register once at the server and as long we have our adresses in the phonebook the connection can start. It's as easy as doing a phone call via WhatsApp or so.
And I'm about installing my own server here in the house, so that I'm independend of possible limits of long-distance bandwitdths. And my students will register here, not anywhere in the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the clients I did not find any issues. For that my Journey will beginn shortly to use my own server I can't tell anything about it. But at the first view the TrueConfServer free looked easy to manage and well-structured.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the phase of lockdown I started using ZOOM for working online with my guitar students. But my problem is, that the connection has to be via their servers, and they limited the resolution to 640*480px. To do my job I need to see the fingers of my students moving, the strings swinging and that is nearly impossible without having a HD or HD ready sight. TrueConf solves this problem.
The benefits I received from the TrueConf team was a really fast and competend service via online chat and email. Every question I had about tech or licencing was solved in a very friendly way.

Try it out! As long as you have suitable Hardware for Video Conferencing, you should test it.
Simple but Powerfull piece of Software
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing is simplicity and fast installation of the software. Very fast and efficient customer support, Meeting Scheduler & Local implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still missing, like web only conferencing ( guest to web is present though).
And use of Polycoms as gatekeepers. Trueconf allows it but some functionality gets disabled.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still using Polycom HDX units which have limitations on connecting more that 4 participants, TrueConf server solves this issue by connecting everyone through its server.
TruConf is True Speed
What do you like best about the product?
Hosting a Server capable of Lan Speeds. For me streaming in as close to realtime with my students is a must. We have a cubicle layout and I had tried every conference software under the sun trying to have a real time lecture with my students. It wasn't until TruConf Server that I was able to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints. We have sporadically had issues with having to restart a computer to get the app to launch but they are working with me on that and I don't think it's primarily their software that's the problem. Other than that the software has been exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to achieve a local real time conference with all of my students in a single room at a time. Would be great for large corporate offices with peole who need to meet on different floors and still collaborate.

Definitely give it a shot the staff is great as well.
Best in Class VC solution for LAN - WAN
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly we picked this solution as Best in Class, for its local server installation as we are saving huge on internet bandwidth due to HD quality video conferencing over the LAN

Its missing some features for easy usage as web conferencing or public broadcasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple work locations for our offices / teams so we never need to walk to other blocks / floors and saving time and energy, yet we are talking with mates face to face.

YES, its highly recommended due to quality of service and price.

What do you like best about the product?
TrueConf is extremely flexible and reliable software and it is supported remarkably good support. The system requirements are very reasonable and the installation and setup is quite easy. We use the product on a daily basis (like all day, every day), and have yet to have any significant problems. The support staff is extremely responsive and have addressed all questions and requests promptly and professionally. Truly top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The conference client doesn't seem to have an option to make a noise when someone joins the conference. Based on past experience, however, I suspect this will be added to the next client build!

Our business model has de-centralized our office; we all work from home offices. TrueConf allows us to collaborate just as if we were all in the same office!

Don't hesitate to bring any installation, configuration, or use issues to the attention of the support staff. They are awesome.

H.323 Compatibility, cross platform and ease of installation.

My dislikes are overcome by the amazing support I received.

My business problem was I needed PC's, Tablets Phones & Rooms to video conference on one platform without spending a large budget TrueConf Server was the software I was looking for.
