An easy foray into the world of data
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for all levels, Intuitive UI and confidguration of tools. Fantastic training resources and certification programme underpinned by a brilliant community

Seems too easy - is there a risk that we give (junior) people too much power?

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the combination of tools allow us to solve any data challenge
What do you dislike about the product?
I`d love to see more connnectors and custom tools

I`m leveraging ALteryx to solve all data related challenges for my clients
Amazing platform, flexible and highly easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It`s an amazing plataform, I love the automation features, how easy it is to use the tools and I love how fast the learning curve is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don`t like that some of the features are not updated as frequently as they should be, for example some connectors like the machine learning send tool has a lot of issues, you need to re-input a lot of times the tokens to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alteryx is really easy to use, you can easily read a lot of data and fast process data in a flexible way, generating insights and being able to automate your business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Alteryx. My company has created a virtual 'docking station' that allows built-in compatibility with Alteryx apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple bugs that I've noticed with tools but i think these have been fixed with the 2024 version and my company is stuck using the 2022
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
alteryx allows us to create a single workflow that is copied out among 100s of client/fund groups. This helps us porocess massive amounts of data daily without even touching 'Run Now'

Alteryx has helped with automating repetitive manual task by become more effiecient and bring additional insights to data

Not all designer tools are supported by the cloud what bring gaps and the need to redesign

The Analytics Tool Belt You Didn't Know You Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Since I started using Alteryx in 2022, I have completely changed the way I think about doing analyses. What used to take hours in Excel now takes seconds in Alteryx, especially for monthly reports that use the same analysis blueprint over and over. It has given me opportunities to work on certain projects that I might not have had otherwise, and I love the visual coding aspect of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only "dislike" about Alteryx is that if I need to put data into an Excel-style pivot table, I have to export the data from my workflows and put it into Excel instead of being able to use the cross-tab tool within Alteryx (since the cross-tab tool is limited to only using 1 metric to pivot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alteryx helps me to run monthly reports that track our customer retention and growth. Instead of manually matching data and taking hours to do the analysis in Excel, I'm able to work with tens of thousands of records in the span of a few minutes.
