What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, quality of service and products, quick response in case of incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps to have a little more control over users who sign up for the partner portal. In this case, I wish I could delete them if necessary, and not have to open a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to implement an initial layer on clients for external and internal connections, as well as greater control of the network. We’ve been able to segment departments, mount secure VPNs, etc.

My WatchGuard experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation, proper documentation, and the short time it takes to get everything ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in understanding the model types e.g. in my first order, I mistakenly bought WatchGuard Firebox T15 Trade up not knowing that it's for those that already have WatchGuard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has successfully kept viruses at bay. Before now, there were viruses on the network but now everything is under control. Also, there is no fear regarding internet exposure.

They have a complete Network Security Portfolio and all components working together in one Managemant. With this Products I realy feel secure

I´m not sure what I should say. In the past nothing happens that I dislike

To secure our and our customer Networks against hackers.
WatchGuard A complete software solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the all-encompassing software that allows for network security and patch management. I like the simplicity of using the product and firewall and subscription services that are available are incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike is that the patch management sometimes fails and does not provide you with a reason other than a link to Microsoft. Also, the website filtering on the product does not allow you to see the websites that are being blocked, only the category. I want some more granularity in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WatchGuard provides my Firewall and my patch management solution. It is doing such a good job that all machines install patches on the same day. This allowed us to keep our environment secure.

What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard is easy to set up, manage, and use. That's what makes it so great!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a long time WatchGuard user, their products integrate easily, and there is nothing to Dislike!

Hacking, Bots, SPAM, they solve it all, and make it easy to secure your network
Comprehensive offering of top-quality products and services
What do you like best about the product?
Watchguard offers a solution for every aspect of security we need. The documentation is always thorough and easy to understand. In my experience, Watchguard's user interfaces are easy to use and make sense but still offer all the features I would expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though their support is great, they don't always answer my less critical support tickets during my business hours. Sometimes they reply overnight so it takes extra time to resolve. This usually isn't an issue with critical, high-priority issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The firewall does exactly what it should be doing. It keeps the bad guys out while letting us provide the services we need to our employees and customers. Ultimately, combining their services such as Endpoint Security and Authpoint, gives me peace of mind.
Total Security, Ease of Mind with Ease of Access
What do you like best about the product?
I am a strong advocate for 2-factor/multi-factor authentication. The process to authenticate each session is very convenient and easy to use. There are multiple options to choose from when it comes to the method of authentication which is important for when applying to larger groups of people and organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once and a while, while accessing our Office PC's remotely, the WatchGuard screen prevents a full pass and will freeze the remote login. In most cases, simply closing the remote session and restarting will fix the issue but there has been times where a full PC Reboot is required. Please reach out to me if you'd like a further explanation on this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting out local network from outside intruders is essential. We need to be protected as we handle strictly confidential medical records for as well as other private information. We take pride in our security and are glad to have WatchGuard as our most recent addition to protecting our PCs from unwanted logins/intrusions.

We use WatchGuard for TDR and our firewalls.
Very smart UTM device
What do you like best about the product?
The simple procedure of installation and management. The web console could be improved but is more functinal than the other product on the same gartner quadrant
What do you dislike about the product?
as i say before, the web management interface could be improved. I'd prefer the windows client that is more smart and fast for the intraday operation of managament
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watchguard solved our security problem and application bandwidth usage control. Now we can stay safe that every program use less bandwidth or the same bandwidth assigned for that kind of operation
Affordable Security
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-manage technology but does not sacrifice security. This leads to better adoption times by the administrators of the equipment and has great support by the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to use a second-factor authentication product like Yubico, and there is no support for this kind of technology. Of course, Watchguard has one of its own, but it would be great to have interoperability between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case, they provide a similar level of security for SMEs like leading brands. But it comes with a very competitive solution not only in price but also in their OPEX. Recently they acquired Panda Security solutions so the portfolio of products is very complete.
