UI is clean, easy to navigate and tools show examples to help you understand how to use them.

Color scheme, don't have ability to zoom into Results which makes it hard to explain workflow when I'm sharing screen with someone

Has replaced a lot of manual reporting and ETL, greatly improved efficiency and transparency

Data automation and validation. Report production. Ad hoc analysis
Alteryx is a great tool that helps provide quickly and effective solutions for my clients

Alteryx is easy to learn and adaptable and my client like to visually see their data transform

The desktop version does not auto-save which can often lead to lost work

Alteryx is doing many small calulations for me with large data sets and cleansing the data so my client can better understand it

Alteryx makes it easy to quickly import, transform, validate, and analyze data.

Alteryx is quite expensive, and the update frequency between some of their products can be uneven.

Alteryx makes it easy to quickly analyze data, without having to remember lines of code.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The top two currently, are that I run my organizations annual State Apportionment automation using Alteryx end to end, replacing a massive manual effort while providing checks to prevent risk. Additionally, I help my tax team prepare their monthly domestic Sales & Use filings through a series of advanced workflows.

it helps automate reoetitive processes and aids in preparing data for visualization
Provide simple easy to use solutions to very complex and big data problems.

The Alteryx Community is large and knowledgable. If you have a problem are chances are someone in the community has a solution. The ease of how you can engage and find solutions make Alteryx a great product for beginner to advance data analysis.

Intergration with consumable customer viewing reports in not intutitive.

Using Alteryx to perform data nalysis for RFPs handling Pharmacy Benefit information.

I have been using Alteryx for 5+ years within my organization and it helped me to complete my testing more efficiently. It also allowed me to use my Python programming code within the workflow.

Report outputs are extremely difficult to customize/design, in particular when it comes to maps.
