What do you like best about the product?
price and portal were easy to use. value was good. no issues connecting to our PBX. have multiple clients using them now.
What do you dislike about the product?
support has been terrible. after they have changed hands from intrado to BCMOne. their implementation of MFA/2FA has threw a wrench in operations and the policies backing it are terrible. when i tried to resolve my issue and got no help they threatened to turn of the service. only when i used foul language did i get their attention. now im "noted" as having used foul language. they have also taken payment through credit card and not credited my account. terrible customer service. i am moving my numbers to VOXTELESYS as i will actually save even more money. calulatein out my first client will save $30/year, and second client will save about $40/year. the latter will have a intial setup of $48 but moving forward it will be a long term saving. the former is only a $16 setup. i finally got help from the department that ports numbers out and seem to have a resolution to my issues. but from the department worried about losing business. the "Lead VoIP Engineer" tech support was worthless. The CSR's in billing are great. they actually look at an account before issuing threats of disconnection of service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me solve? only the cost of service savings over SIP and VoIP systems from other ISPs.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Flowroute mainly for making and receiving calls, as well as sending and receiving SMS messages. What we liked about Flowroute was its ease of Use and very easy to install so we started using it right away and also Flowroute is very important for our business because we rely a lot on telecommunications to keep in touch with our customers and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we are generally satisfied with Flowroute, the response time is sometimes slow and it is very necessary when we need help quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowroute has a lot of benefits for our business example by using a single platform for all our telecommunications needs, we have been able to reduce total telecommunications costs, and we are very happy that Flowroute is a reliable easy-to-use telecommunications platform

What do you like best about the product?
The uptime. I don't recall a single instance where Flowroute was to blame for a failure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to write here. All of our requirements are met or exceeded in every respect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowroute is my SIP solution. The pricing works for me too. I love not having to think about reliability. I have a backup provider I have yet to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowroute is very reliable and we've never experienced downtime with them, that I recall. We also appreciate that they have a Slack integration which allows us to speak to the team when we have a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish they had more international numbers for us to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're utilizing Flowroute to connect calls through our service and for the most part, have been happy with how they are structured. It's been fairly easy to integrate with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Flowroute has been great. They're wonderful if you're connecting calls within the USA/Canada.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowroute provides an easy to use interface, with friendly staff and support to help with any potential issues along the way. Flowroute's support is timely and helpful compared to other organizations we have worked with in the past for DID management. The step by step instructions make it very easy to accomplish any tasks. There is plenty of documentation to read through for any variety of potential issues we could
run into. For us, Flowroute is a one stop shop for purchasing, pointing, and utilizing DIDs. Flowroute also provides additional services may choose to use in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Server retirement process and self administration can be confusing. The administration panel could be laid out more intuitively. For instance, changing payment methods can be a bit of a pain. That said, searching through the documentation doesn't take too long at all. As for server retirement, this is an inevitability with any of these services. Additionally, it is not a frequent occurrence. We only had to deal with it once during our tenure with Flowroute. In our experiences, we had some issues with migration early on. The process is detailed in emails sent prior to retirement but could be more descriptive. That being said, when we ran into issues, the staff was timely and helpful in resolving any issues we ran into along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our firm utilizes Flowroute to route DIDs to our numerous PBX servers around the world with ease. Flowroute allows our firm to navigate having multiple offices around the world a piece of cake. Administration of our DIDs is extremely simple. We can add multiple DIDs simultaneously, and make changes all with just a few short steps. We no longer have to rely on multiple sources to acccomplish these tasks! Ultimately, we have saved thousands of dollars by not having to use more than one service for DID management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't utilize too many services for telecommunications. Less is more, and I believe Flowroute accomplishes everything most firms require.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is great. They are helpful and get back to me quickly. I also don't think we ever had any considerable downtime with Flowroute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Flowroute. I haven't had any issues with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Flowroute to hold DID's and for call trunking. We used Flowroute in combination with our FreePBX phone system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend. The support is amazing, which we all know can be hard to find. I know that if I ever need help or have an issue, it will be resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and "only pay for what you use" pricing model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing reports could could use a few more filtering options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a dynamic sip trunk provider as we were unclear how many calls would be active at any one time. We also didn't want to pay for all inclusive sip trunks that were not being used. Flowroute fills both of those needs.

Excellent VoIP Service Provider

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of service for VoIP calls is excellent. We have not experienced any outages for many years as a client of Flowroute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how they could make their service any better. We always receive a quick response for technical service questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous VoIP provider had many outages and technical support was the worst. We moved to Flowroute several years ago and have not regretted it. When a provider's services just work and you don't have to think about them, that is what we desire and what we receive. Call quality is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
The pricing is very competitive and the online portal is easy to use. When it works, it's an excellent value. Call quality is clear and fraud prevention controls are useful. They offer basic support and usually respond in a reasonable amount of time. The documentation provided is pretty good as well giving examples of how to configure a variety of products.
What do you dislike about the product?
When things aren't working support isn't super helpful when it comes to troubleshooting a particular configuration. We have issues with outgoing calls not going through from our PBX even though is works fine with other SIP providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of DIDs and Flowroute provides an affordable way to use them. Our previous provider was nearly 4 time more expensive. It's also nice to be able to have calls fallback to forwarding when a SIP connection fails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good resource for troubleshooting your particular PBX if you are going to use one.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works really well. Straightforward provisioning, and services that work reliably. The few times we've needed support, they've been on it quickly and provide good answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found nothing we dislike about Flowroute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowroute provides termination and origination services. They've helped make our operations easy.

They offer a great shop for VOIP interconnect.
