Such a great and flexible tool. I can definitely see it's advantages
What do you like best about the product?
Have explored other tools: Solution Manager, Dynatrace, Flexbridge, Xandria, AppDynamics
Each tool is can be used for similar functions but is slightly different in what it does and how it is approached. Most require installing and configuring on each system and a dedicated team to manage the tool, and is specialized towards a particular landscape. IT-Conductor has reduced our reliance on dedicated teams and saves time with setup, which can be lengthy. I like that the tool is highly flexible in the functionality and can adapt to work with different technologies .

It could use a dark theme, there is only a white background at the moment.

We no longer need a dedicated team to perform particular monitoring tasks.

Very useful tool for SAP Automation Refresh
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an independent Basis Consultant who used SID-Refresh on a BW System Refresh for a client. I'm fascinated how well it works. It is truly a high quality solution that deserves to be known around the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy to recommend this to others who would rather use this on a quarterly basis instead of taking time away from the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the systems and copying data during the refresh. This is done within a day now.
A tremendous value for what you get
What do you like best about the product?
IT-Conductor has been a tremendous value to us, in ensuring stability of our system. It helped us save cost in infrastructure since we do not have to invest in additional hardware that would have been incurred if we choose other monitoring product. It also enable our team members to be more productive and perform other functions since IT-Conductor does not require any dedicated resource to maintain and monitor. And best of all - it is dynamic - unlike other tool which is in ‘this is it, this is what you get’.
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of. The benefits far outweigh anything else so I can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allowed us to be more flexible with our infrastructure and we can adapt easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very impressed by this platform and how the organization offers application performance management as a service. Coverage is in depth and works with most SAP ecosystems our team supports, including NetWeaver, ABAP, JAVA, PI/PO, BusinessObjects, MS SQL Server, DB2 UDB, HANA, ASE, and SAP MaxDB. A few templates were included which made getting set up fairly easy.
We have been using their service for our clients and it has saved them a lot of time in managing day to day activities. Some have been downsizing members of their staff this year and IT-Conductor has filled the gap nicely.

What do you dislike about the product?
They already can integrate with other applications but if it more complex or requires additional customization there may be a charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Are are extending our offering with the service as it fits a unique gap.
Fast, cheap, and reliable. This was the solution we needed for scaling quickly
What do you like best about the product?
IT-Conductor was agentless, so we didn't have to install an agent on each server which most of the alternative solutions required. We needed to monitor over 200 systems quickly and did not want to spend weeks to get up and running. In this platform, we relied on built in features for system discovery, health checks, alerting, and recovery and just needed to spend time on configuration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, this greatly helped us cut down on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are migrating systems and needed to monitor performance of the source and target system. Because there was so many systems we did not want to install an agent on each machine and did not find many tools that could do it. When you have to go through so many SIDs, install, and configure each agent it takes awhile and you need a dedicated team to manage it. I think most teams are turning to automation these days to be efficient with resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The software automates management and monitoring of enterprise application and infrastructure without installation and it is the best management service template hence saves on operation cost and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is subscription based hence is a bit costy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software pinpoints problem with availability and performance through proactive performance management,provides uniform support of new technologies,components and architecture and finally make sense of application diagnostics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software remains the very best in automatic management and monitoring of enterprise application and infrustructure hence I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to consider it.
