The right tool with great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome came for us at a critical time for us where we were struggling keeping bots and scrapers at bay. Our servers were struggling and our reporting was filled with fake page users. DataDome has solved this problem for us with little-to-no impact to our real users. Keep the real users in, kick the bad bots out!

They also have a great relationship with us. They meet with us when it fits with our schedule and every meeting we either find new ways to improve our integration or new insights of what's happening on our sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to not have a small impact on the performance of your pages. Since DataDome needs to interpret every request it takes a small amount of additional time to check all those requests. That being said it's much faster than anything we have tried building in house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots were nearly impossible to track ourselves. IP blocking or user agent sniffing just doesn't cut it.

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome was very easy to install and configure; it was up and running in no time. We are also a big fan of the detailed traffic insights the DataDome dashboard provides, and the ability to control what traffic is flowing. And the support team is outstanding, always ready to help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing DataDome, our site was dealing with scraping and other bot attacks. Those are a thing of the past, which means we have freed up our time and workload, so we can focus on growing our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite user-friendly and easy to set up from a technical standpoint. Overall, it has no or minimal impact on latency and performance. We have been satisfied with Datadome's effectiveness in fighting bad actors. The account managers provide excellent follow-up and generally be responsive to our requirements. The collaboration is good, and we were able to established a shared understanding of mutual needs and will to continually improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is quite detailed, and navigating it may require time and expertise. Sometimes, it can be challenging to obtain accurate figures, especially when it comes to key metrics.

I regret not having a feedback loop from Datadome to share more about the facets of their evaluation so that we could benefit from these infos sometime afterward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datadome mainly helps us detect "automation" and "suspicious behavior" on our platform. It benefits us by preserving our security against diverse attacks against the company to increase our success in a digital environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Datadome does a good job of handling the pressures of bots on our application. This allows us to preserve a solid customer experience and not incur additional load from unneeded traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the UI had challenges resolving and we get a spinning wheel, which prevented us from analyzing the data.

Preventing bot traffic from impacting out application.

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome integrated easily into our existing cloud infrastructure to protect us against bot attacks and price scrapers. With a few clicks and a bit of configuration, we were up and running.

Support from the team at DataDome has been second to none, with a fast response and helpful team able to resolve any issues quickly.

The team are constantly monitoring and adjusting their rules to adapt to changing traffic trends and new attack vectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noting to report after running DataDome for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataDome is protecting us from bot attacks, which otherwise could increase our infrastructure costs and reduce performance for legitimate customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Datadome has a great support team who is thorough, responsive and works with you to find the best solution for each scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current downsides in using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud detection and reporting is great, being able to see every attempt on a URL or specifc endpoint, categorised by IP, Country, ISP etc is helpful.
Easily able to adjust custom rules as necessary based on business requirements and trading periods.
Bots are stopped at the first point of contact allowing a hands off approach to managing the service.

What do you like best about the product?
Datadome integrates nicely with our CDN, CloudFront in AWS. Blocking requests at the edge means that bot-attacks have no impact at all on our services that are hosted behind our CDN. My favorite feature in the DataDome console is the Explore-tab that lets you dig into the details of your traffic. It is also very nice for debugging problems related to bot-protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-application libraries could receive updates more regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are regularly targeted in bot-attacks that are big enough to affect the performance of our services. With Datadome, we do not have to worry about this anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and it just works. A lot of the time I end up viewing datadome retroacticely after an attack, since are systems are not impacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. It functions as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A low maintenance well functioning ddos protection for our cloud environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency to reduce automated tickets scraping in ticketing business, with a lot of possibilities to implement business rules (native or specific integration possibilities). The solution is easy to integrate, easy to configure (technical and business rules) and to monitor with dashboard s usefuls for analyseis. Support of the support team is very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very advanced bots are still difficult to detect. Pricing model could be more flexible according specific needs. The captcha solution has to be optimized to avoid repeated captchas / blocks for real customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoid bots to scrap a high volume of tickets for uur major sport event (480k tickets on the duration of the event)
