Complicate Connectivity and Management of Smart Devices

What do you like best about the product?
The AI driven recommendations and insights that come from analyzing data are not good. It is better if the system could provide real time alerts and suggestions. There is a bit of a learning curve at first. I come across many dislikes as the software is not straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
DevicePilots user interface needs to be more intuitive and user friendly. It lacks customization options. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate through features. The platform doesnt provide analytics capabilities, which limits its ability to provide insights and data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DevicePilot is unable to solve the problem of managing devices with ease. Its difficult interface complicates our device management processes consuming our time. As a result, our business was affected negatively.

What do you like best about the product?
Orchestration, triggers and alerting systems to design and connect end-to-end pipelines for different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI based recommendations and insights based on historical data and patterns can be improved to throw more real-time alerts/suggestive actions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a chance to use DevicePilot while working on a research project at an IoT lab; after analysing many Service Management tools built for IoT-based device networks - DevicePilot was the one that very much supported our use cases. It helped us in streamlining our processes around support ticket resolution, data reporting, risk assessment, tracking & maintaining SLAs etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to monitor and manage any smart devices . The service management is fleet in delivering a high quality Service and resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really have any dislikes , it was simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, Action & automation. It's simple and has a great system to use. Operations and sales raise for each Device. The AWS account works amazing too

What do you like best about the product?
DevicePilot is essential in connecting my smart devices and smart home appliances in an easy to use application that can be used by multiple device types from anywhere with an internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to learn the software and navigation of integrating applications and devices across platforms when first using the product, but in time it becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to monitor and adjust smart devices remotely with an internet connection when away from home or work is something that is very beneficial for me in my life.
