Great product , even better support!
We have the sFTP gateway up and running in our production environment and it has been working great. Setup was simple, and user creation was a breeze with help from the support staff. They definitely went above and beyond helping with scripting the user creation process, providing samples, double checking my work before I ran the scripts, etc.
