Exactly what I was looking for
What do you like best about the product?
Can use our own storage engine (S3) and create rules in lambda to trigger automations when there's file activity.
The detailed audit and application logs (that are streamed to CloudWatch) make this the most transparent SFTP solution out there. Having to deal with clients who rely on their service and being able to actually troubleshoot is a game changer. The admin interface is also great and makes it very easy to manage users and directories.
Their support team was beyond helpful in getting us setup with our integration, and responding to follow up support requests.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to find something that I dislike is that since we're "self hosting", the upgrade burden is on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an SFTP service that can connect to our existing IT stack so that we can share files with our clients and run automation logic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of tools such as ability to just lock account, or the ability to purge old files from users home folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of various teams need to get data to and from folks outside of our company network. It also solves the problem with applications that need to have some sort of transfer interface.
Simple, Purpose built Product with excellent support team
without having to deal with complicated setup, product provides with right balance for the self management for SFTP solution. Whenever, we face some issues, support team is not only available to take care of the problem but, even guide what else we can do or look at the industry practises and other options as well. Glad to discover and make of SFTP Gateway v3 product
Great Product
We looked into many softwares, but this software made our job easy and our process simple. Support response is also great.
