What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu operating system is free software and you don't need to use other antivirus software to use it and less troublesome not need to update frequently and run is high speed Applications and faster performance do not slow down other software on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other software that supports this is minimal and Unlike other operating systems, there is no interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company use Ubuntu for software development learning and running eset security servers.It works very efficiently without any side effects This does not take up as much space on another operating system as the other mainstream applications and does not slow down because of the fast performance.

Small, very speed and good safe PC operating system

Ubuntu es el sistema operativo mas famoso de Linux, tiene un desarrollo constante y mejoras diarias.
Cuenta con una comunidad de expertos que ofrecen sus conocimientos diariamente a este gran Sistema Operativo.

Ubuntu se adapta muy bien a cualquier PC actual, teniendo mucho soporte a los Drivers de tarjeta de video y cualquier dispositivo por USB.

El centro de Software de Ubuntu tiene los software mas conocidos y usados por la gran comunidad de programadores y usuarios, dando la facilidad de buscar y descargar en tu sistema.

Me gusta mucho la integracion de programas alternos como Google Drive, donde puedes sincronizar tus archivos de la Nube personal de Google Drive en tu PC sin necesidad de descargar complementos extras despues de la instalacion de Ubuntu.


Ubuntu is the most famous Linux operating system, it has a constant development and daily improvements.
It has a community of experts who offer their knowledge daily to this great Operating System.

Ubuntu adapts very well to any current PC, having a lot of support for the Video Card Drivers and any USB device.

The Ubuntu Software Center has the best known and used software by the large community of programmers and users, giving the facility to search and download on your system.

I really like the integration of alternative programs such as Google Drive, where you can synchronize your files from the Google Drive Personal Cloud on your PC without having to download extra plug-ins after installing Ubuntu.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the most recent version of Ubuntu, it does not allow creating a guest profile or leaving a profile without a password so that a family member or friend can use your PC without revealing the secret key, which makes me very uncomfortable when lending my PC to non-personal use

Since I started using Ubuntu it has improved a lot, but the desktop changes did not adapt well changing very often and forcing you to use them with its default installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ubuntu in a very stable and fast system, adapts very well and has an immense community of programmers, where you can help improve the system and create new options that fit your needs.

Ubuntu being a very stable system I was able to completely migrate from Windows and save money on proprietary license.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Ubuntu to all users who wish to try Free Linux Software, it is a very stable system, easy installation and many useful programs online, where you can work and enjoy freely without any cost.

In its 64-bit version you can enjoy all known programs, for example Google Chrome where you have everything synchronized.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an operating system that allows to securely install and configure administration services, such as IP assignment, user license management, web services, database services, among others. In addition as a system developer and fan of free software, I like to install and manage the services where I host my Web pages, the Apache service, Database servers, dhcp and ldap, maintaining total control of the service platform. To conclude, since I could have a good time listing things that I like about Debian is a very stable system, whose failures are counted compared to windows that the failures are recurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not dislike about Debian is that its graphical interface is very unattractive, if I have already worked with Windows or Mac, although in the latest versions it has improved, but today it is still unattractive, which makes the worker Desk feels uncomfortable. And if a user porcuriosidad seeks to try Debian, there are many users who give up trying it by its interface. Another aspect, although it could be seen as an advantage, updated their systems and programs compatible with Debian almost daily, but this requires technicians to update each command so that their programs are more efficient and consume productive working time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the administration of the operating system service, Debian makes it very easy for the people in charge of these tasks, facilitating the proper use of the Ministry's IT platform. Another aspect that generates benefits is that many of the Ministry's machines have an obsolete hardware configuration, Pentium IV, core-duo. Another advantage with respect to Windows, is that it is a very stable, robust and multiprocess system, which does not tend to be interrupted since if a process is out of control, it can be eliminated and the operating system continues to work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would also recommend it for those organizations whose computers have hardware configurations with few or obsolete resources that generate problems for users to run the installed programs. Also for those companies that want to have control of their Web services, Database, Ip Addressing, password logging as ldap between other services

What do you like best about the product?
our organization using this operating system to install ESET security administrator servers and some application run through the Ubuntu operating system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem is that most of the software has not yet been created for this operating system

Overall which minimizes bugs this operating. therefore some essential files and software are installed here.

I like most in Ubuntu 12.04
Its Best operating system i have used for EC2 machine.
its have easy to operate feature.
support to create multiple user with different capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of limitation of Ubuntu.
Its not support kernel upgrade easily.
its have always problem with vormetric.
now its support is over.

We are using Ubuntu to deploy our product on it.
over product is run simless on ubuntu.

What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu is the best platform for development. I have never seen such a community and a range of softwares available for development. It's pretty lightweight as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Haha. No games and the UI is non-intuitive sometimes. Not a problem for me though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have built large scale systems without paying any royalty

What do you like best about the product?
I love how open ubuntu is. It is so open source and does not limit your creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could look a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using multiple different open source softwares to solve problems in vehicle autonomy. Sudo access is a great benefit.

Ubuntu is an Open source free linux operating system which many of the user find it feasible to use and it was mainly introduced for Pc's only but they are also used for servers as well.Its an open source operating system with lots of features that somewhat matches with the paid ones.

Ubuntu is a good OS but its not for critical use I would love to see them developed this in such a way that it can be used in critical situations as well

What do you like best about the product?
We can find everything in Ubuntu. Also a lot of documentation and easiest opensource operating system in using. Lot of people use it and so on we can find help everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of commands are needed. They can make it easier. For developers is very good but sometimes normal users face problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I develop only with ubuntu. It s very helpful. It is very easy to install new softwares and develop. Also a lot of editors exist

What do you like best about the product?
I am using ubuntu operationg system from last five year this is one of the great operating system for developers and coders one thing that i like most in this operating system it is an computer virus free operating system because this operating does not support .exe file format and most of the computer virus wrote in .exe file format this is the biggest problem in other operating system because of this i already lost my data and i got this operating system in my laptop and its UI is also good and easy to operate even you are first time user of this operating system and kernel is also good support shell scripting and cpp and java it is also having its Ubuntu market for application if you need any extra feature in your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good multi user operating system but sometimes it stuck and stop working this feature i never ever face in other operating system like windows and androids and also not good application market and having some limited user good for the developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that i like most in this operating system that it virus free last time when i was using windows operating system. In my operating system virus infected my data and i lost too precious data after that i started using Ubuntu operating system and believe me it is good but little bit slow as compare to other OS.

It is good and secure operating system.
