Search Stax provides an amazing product and an even more amazing team!
What do you like best about the product?
When we were looking for a search partner for the new Nashville.gov website, Search Stax was recommended to us. I'm glad we took that recommendation!. Their team provided us a solution that allowed us to incorporate multiple city websites into a single search location. The solution they provided makes it easier for our citizens to locate the information they need without any extra effort. The responsiveness of the SearchStax team has been exceptional. I know we presented issues that were complicated and vague, yet they seemed to be able to solve them with ease. Their SiteSearch tool provides incredible insight into our search analytics and allows us to make changes on the fly to improve search results. All around great to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I seriously can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about our past or current experience with SearchStax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website search is 1000% better than the previous site. We have been able to crawl and index multiple Metro government sites and provide a single search location for them. We will likely be adding even more sites to the search over time. The SiteSearch tool allows us to customize the results and provide Promotions that highlight specific results for certain user search terms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not be dissapointed. The product is powerful, flexible and the support is beyond incredible.

Hosting, managing and scaling Solr & zookeeper
Great service - easy to set up and excellent support.
What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward and reliable setup process and responsive, helpful support and account teams. Plus the performance and configuration options are great and it 'just works'!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues in admin UI on smaller/mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performant site search for our flagship Drupal site with the option to integrate more of our estate in the future.

- improving the customer experience with a better and more accurate search

SearchStax is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of things I like about SearchStax, but they're user interface, admin, and Cloud Deployment dashboard is the best. It's quick and easy to spin up new deployments as needed, and easy to manage multiple tenants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, and I can't believe I'm saying this: There is nothing I dislike about SearchStax. I honestly can't think of something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we're solving is the need for scalable SolrCloud implementations without the headache of management. We've tried to manage our own SolrCloud environments, and it takes a unique skillset that is not common in our company in order to provide our customers with Sitecore based solutions. SearchStax makes Solr easy.
