Services always fast and agile. Any blocker as client that we had, was well resolved

Dashboard could be improved from website perspective.

Some issues with third party connections with solr, was well resolved by your team.

Assume they are a younger company, so they will mature some of their processes with time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to migrate to a "search as a service" and shed our infrastructure costs.
Solr is often negleted by IT because its so reliable, so it gets ignored until it breaks.
Searchstax has been operating our Solr infrastructure for over a year and we no longer need to maintain Solr Infra expertise in-house.

Managed SOLR as an enterprise solution
What do you like best about the product?
SearchStax SOLR as a cloud service is easy to use and integrate with. The support is top notch and our client was able to shave significant time and resources to go live with their marketing website using SearchStax

Search Stax could offer more pricing options to provide flexibility for customers who need more cost flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOLR as a cloud service replaced expensive ramp-up and setup time to get search infrastructure in place. Cost-effective and scaleable solution for customers.
People are the difference
What do you like best about the product?
We have found the SearchStax team to be knowledgeable, easy to work with and were timely with requests. I can only speak to the members that we had the pleasure of working with, but our experience has been very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recommendations for deployment sizes seem to be higher mostly because the bulk of their clients use Sitecore and Drupal.

Search indexing.
Great cloud solution for managing indexes in Sitecore
What do you like best about the product?
Fast an efficient. A good out of the box solution to forget about handling the Sitecore index. Is easy to implementate and is super cool that we if we need support the conectivity allows for the searchstax team to fix things remotely to our instance without needing sitecore credentials.

A little hard to donfigure sometimes I feel it needs to be more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Service - workth with SS the people have been extremely approachable, quick to fix issues and provide feedback. Development and integration of AI tools in the work (RAG). Quick results and the reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Search Studio is not a mature product. It is not fully separate from SearchStx (solr). Could have more functions (ie merge google analytics data and re analyze)
The Drupal implementation could be more fine tuned to make it easier for the Admin to do it all from the platform they understand. More detailed walk thoughs, or wizards to help the business use the tool with out IT support

We have a public informations website that serves multiple stakeholders. Each of them query the websites with different outcomes in mind. We have to take technical and general information and get it into the view of our stakeholders. The information needs to be found in a timely and relevant manner.
Searchstax has helped to to share the results and then tweak the results, using reports to better server our client base.
