PractiTest is great for organizing test runs and keeping track of test status though out the SDLC. I like that it's very easy to learn and use.

I don't have any complaints about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PractiTest solves the test management and defect reporting issues that can become cluttered when using other platforms. This reduces the amount of duplicate bug tickets. The robust filter options, allow each user to customize actions that pertain to their role. Users have the ability to create charts and graphs which are helpful when creating reports for the stakeholders.

Comprehensive and easy to use test case management tool that sync with Jira

  • February 12, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Supports different formats to write test cases e.g. BDD, exploratory testing, or step by step with expected results.

Easy to organise test cases by feature level or dedicated filters based on test type.

Test cases are runnable via test runs.

Test reports provide enough information to communicate testing progess to project stakeholders. The reports are customisable.

Tests, Requirements, and Issues can be synchronised with Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of a learning curve to use the tool effectively, more so for users with no experience of previous test case management tools.

This is not a 'dislike' but I would like a way to more easily see tests across multiple categories relating to one feature.

A feature to help review manage tests over time and find duplicates or redundant tests as the number of tests grow for a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One location for testers and developers to manage and track test cases.

A place to document testing for a particular feature.

Excellent end-to-end test management solution

  • January 25, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
Practitest is an excellent test management tool that offers a seamless and user-friendly experience. Given the requirements of my team, I am particularly happy that it allows for efficient management of all test assets, including requirements, test cases, test sets, test runs, and issues, all in one place. This high level of traceability and transparency makes it easy to keep track of the testing process. Another feature I quite like are the dashboards and the fact that they can be shared and viewed externally and without access to the project/product is quite important for us.
Since it is a cloud based product, it is simple to set up. Overall, Practitest is a reliable and effective solution for test management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any major things I dislike about it, but I see some room for improvement in the UI. I would like to have the option to select the dark theme for Practitest UI. Additionally, the dashboards I do like, but I don't like that reports on it cannot be resized or rearanged more freely, this I believe would be really beneficial and would help tell a better story on our QA efforts to the stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me keep all my test assets at the same place.

Pleasant and Seamless test case management

  • January 10, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards allow for massive amount of insight from testing perspective. Workflow of Requirements to test sets to issues is very seamless and easy to use. Integrating fields from JIRA is also fairly simple and save a lot of time. In addition to this, customer support is very rapid in responding and are very transparent in which gaps are able to be taken back to the product team for development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards are easy to set up but annoying to edit. Going from the dashboard view is unintuitive. Platform could use some adjustments for high throughput work, particularly when looking to implement automated solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Practitest allows for organized work to be executed by a team of testers, keeping everyone on the same page, while allowing for important and dynamic data to be presented to the client.

Testing teams may have more flexibility if more test execution frameworks or integrations are supported. There might be a learning curve involved in figuring out some of the more sophisticated features. The user experience might be enhanced by more transparent cost breakdowns or clearer pricing structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform minimises disruptions during the adoption phase by offering tools and support to transfer existing test data smoothly.PractiTest's cloud-based architecture makes it accessible from anywhere in the world. Members of the team can work together and access testing data from any location. This feature-rich and adaptable test management platform can be used with a variety of team configurations and testing scenarios.
