What do you like best about the product?
Its all-encompassing approach to test management is what I appreciate most about PractiTest. Software testing planning, execution, and analysis capabilities are all part of the platform's comprehensive portfolio. In terms of test case management, team collaboration, and report customization, PractiTest is an excellent and flexible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about PractiTest is how steep the learning curve might be at the beginning compared to other programs. Inexperienced users may feel overwhelmed by the abundance of accessible customization options and capabilities. When this part is over, though, the platform more than makes up for it with its powerful test management capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PractiTest, I solve test management challenges such as efficient planning and execution. Benefits include greater organization, effective collaboration and detailed analysis, improving software quality.

User friendly testing for Teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked this software because it allowed me tailor my testing process as per my requirements. I can do as many customisations as I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found this software a bit costly. It is a value for money product but not for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Practitest can be easily integrated with jira and you can manage both manual and automated testing usind this. It has great customization option as well you can select agile or jira according to your preference. It is highly flexible and can be easily implemented in any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is only cloud based and the user interface is also not that good. Apartt from that everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you detect how critical the threats are using different metrics its really easy to use you can use it according to your usage techniques as its highly customizable.

Stuggling with the API to integrate a 3rd party test result file.

Mapping test regression results to test coverage (requirements) and communicating weekly updates and progress to the Dev Team.

- All tests are written once and stored in test bank to be re-used in other projects.

- All modules are linked, and as a project manager, you can monitor the requirements page to know the progress of QA.

- In customization, you don't have global custom fields.
- Not much 2-way integrations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Practitest has solved our Issue/bug management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use features. Easy to add and remove steps within test cases and add notes. The uploading of test cases in Excel to the website is also very nice to be able to do with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to customize some features. Steps are easy to add and remove and reorder, but reordering and permanently leave test cases in a specific order is where there can be improvement. In addition to IDs it would be helpful to have a secondary test case ID to manage the flow of test cases from one to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To share with business associates test cases and them take a look at the progress at any time; there is no need to share a document attached to an email every time they need to get a status.

What do you like best about the product?
Test case import is really good, having a unique id for the test case throught out the test sets is a good feature when compared to other tools. User friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. When we open any test set, it takes longer time to load, I understand we have many test cases in the test set
2. Test case assignment to the team: When we have multiple test cases in a test set, and if we want to assign only specific test cases, then we filter out using Sub-component and select all the test cases and bulk edit to assign it to a person. After the assignment is done, it takes long time to load the page
3. If we want to filter Status field with Pass, we can select it and filter it out as expected. But if we want to filter all the test cases with all status expect Pass, we have to manually select rest all options expect Pass to do so. If we have a feature to select only excluded field, it helps
4.Cannot filter test cases which is assigned to No one

Using PractiTest, we can see all the previous release execution releases and attachment at one go which is really helpful to backtrack
