What do you like best about the product?
The clearness of the display and user interface when the tests were set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Entry of tests was a little cumbersome (but I am really not sure! Been a long time)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During that time, I was making tests for a Internet ad stats compiler solution. I was testing both backend and frontend processes.

What do you like best about the product?
PractiTest providing links between ANY categories(test libraries, requirements, test sets, etc...). This helps a lot in keeping track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of the software. Learning the tool is a not easy. Even after a while of using the software, sometimes I still need to check out the manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a quality assurance analyst. The problems I have dealt with so fat were all technical, nothing related to business.

User Friendly, Test Cases can be created here, Filing Issues, Search Filter, Sprint Management and manuy more
What do you dislike about the product?
I just used this tool for 6 months I didn't find anything wrong in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation is the key role in any business process or SDLC/STLC and I think for IT guys specially for BA, Developers and QA's this tool is very beneficial so they can easily understand the issue and the acceptance criteria.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can be used in any company following an Agile Methadology.
Worked on Practitest while on Co-op
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the customer support at Practitest, guys were really responsive and while their API was missing some features and after requesting it they were happy to develop them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a relatively new product with less functionality nothing revolutionary to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was implementing a dashboard application to monitor test results and other information. I really like that they had a sufficient information on their documentation to get an understanding of their API.

Simple but somewhat useful
What do you like best about the product?
it does make organizing test sets and cases much more simple, so for smaller projects this may be the go to for test case/set management, but as the project grows i think using test rails or even enterprise tester might be more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesnt offer users too many variations of reports, which makes managing test teams slightly less effective

i used the web app mainly for keeping track of all test cases, and incidents found on each run
I was having a small issue of not knowing what test cases were being run, and updated.
This app solves this very well, with a ui that doesnt hurt the eyes

this works for small projects.
It did what it was needed, not fancy but it worked.
What do you like best about the product?
The filtering for activities like generating smoke tests was nice. The flow of "Steps to reproduce" -> expected -> actual results was also nice. The easy to see matrix - pass v fail, etc was also appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organizational structures for testing was a pain. Really didn't like that. The help... needed help. This should be fall-down easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was the test case management platform for the company. This beat QTP hands down, but that isn't too difficult.

Make the help easier.
