Quick Response time and Prompt Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have recieved Quick Response time and relevant documentation link for my question and the Documentation was really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its better to implement Revert back feature in Practitest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though we accidentlt Delete Filters ,By creating filter with the same name again I was able to get back my Test cases.

New UI is not very appealing to the eye. Also we cannot scroll Laterally in a test Set

When i tried to navigate back sometimes system is taking long time to reload.

Sometimes there are issues with integrating with JIRA. Also, if lot of users use at same time, application will be down in some cases.

Practitest is helping us to manage the testcases and testsets effectively. Also integration with JIRA is very helpful to link tickets with appropriate testcases

The UI is very impressive and is helpful with all the filters that are available.

Then new UI is a bit difficult to understand

Easy to import and export and also track metrics. And also providing good data to track issues easy way . And navigation is bit easy and clear to understand things.

Sometimes it was bit slow while navigating from folder to folder and loading in times if we update any new filters.Clear guide helps for better user experience

I am looking for a feature to export test cases from specific Test Library folder. But Its not there.

What do you like best about the product?
Partssource greatly values the excellent service provided by Practitest in solving complex problems and facilitating seamless integration between Jira and Practitest. The Practitest team is consistently available to address any issues we encounter. In particular, the automatic sync feature has significantly reduced manual work for our QA Managers and streamlined the process of creating traceability. This integration has been wonderful for our team, providing an effortless way to stay organized and productive.

Taskboard.Features need to improve to stay within Practitest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a one stop for both Automation and Manual testing teams.Most importantly integrations between Jira,Selenium,ReadyAPI are very important.Dashboard keeps us uptpdate and stay in line with releases.
