Good solution for managing test cases for a project
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to record multiple test case scenarios, with the ability to link bugs that might affect a wide range of test scenarios. I have not needed to look into other test management tools, as Practitest has met all my requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to add reports/screenshots to a particular step in a specific test that it relates to. Need to attach to a test run instead. Some screens look a little outdated and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great way to track and monitor testing by multiple team members, and between teams both inside and outside of the organisation. Provides a clear overview for interested parties of the testing progress as well

Simple and easy to use while being visually pleasing.
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards fantastic. It shows all you need to see and if you have any issues you can customise it to your liking and being able to see what i need to attend as soon as i log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it can be a little difficult tracking the testing that gets done outside of pracitest, just a lot of moving around different screens can be a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of testing that needs to be done and being able to see whats passing and what isnt is huge. Being able to keep all our testing in one place is easy.

Recently Gitlab integration issue happened but the team quickly responded and fixed the issue

Would love an option of converting an issue into a test case

Reduces the amount of applications needed for tracking the SDLC
It's good for small teams but hard to escalate.

The way platform has a friendly user interface, which allows everyone to have everything they need at hand.

So far, I find the tool amazing, there are some glitches but nothing that doesn't have a workaround.

What do you like best about the product?
The extensiveness of the test can be added and viewed with the expected and actual results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very pleasant and user-friendly, it can try to look how a modern browser looks like and change the UI and give a better UX

Repeated writing of tests in google Sheets is solved and preparing a test report after each report.

What do you like best about the product?
In practiTest, we can execute tests by creating customized suites and the execution status is very understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
PractiTest doesn't have inbuilt integration for few automation tools like Katalon Studio

Earlier we used to have google sheets to handle test cases and need to update the automation execution status manually. by using Practitest we can maintain the tests very cleanly.
Good tool, but lots of maintenance and filter creation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create tests. Nice format for adding attachments and smooth execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to create so many filters, and also it's difficult to locate previous tests if you have a large database of them.

It's been good so far with the exception of what was mentioned previously.
