Test Case management.Ability to execute test cases within one system.

Inability to navigate through different steps within a test case without clicking through the test case to review steps.

What do you like best about the product?
PractiTest is very functional and easy to understand. I love the reports that are generated from the testing and validation efforts. I would definitely recommend to a friend, colleague, or organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
PractiTest takes time to learn however, it is worth the time and patience. I do not have anything left to address as a dislike to PratiTest. . . . . . . . . . .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PractiTest helps to solve user acceptance testing. It also serves for validation efforts within an organization. This can be very helpful for a technical or not technical audience.
Good to use for large and small projects and supports for automation testing as well.

Test execution and defect raising is very comfortable to use and Test cases copying also easier and usefull.
Uploading test cases from Excel to Practitest is very good and useful.

In PractiTests and Runs for each test test inside taking more space displaying Graphes which needs to be moved down to be clear.
Every 30 mins it asks for login which is not comfort.

Test cases copying for regression suite is not easier which needs to be improved and Each test set we need test execution results to be displayed.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of practitest, our testing team is able to organize the test cases in an effective way. We can organize the test cases in a folder based on features and can trace it back to requirements. Very simple to integrate with Jira and other automation tool using app as well as api

Should have some feature to exclude duplicate test cases while uploading the testcases in excel based on test case id or test case

Organization of test cases with the help of folder structure as well as the tracability back to requirement. It is helping us to identify the regression test cases for automation as well as manual testing

PractiTest is an effective way at tracking Test Scenarios for Software implementation projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to link Test Scripts to Test scenarios. And issues can be accessed directly from the tests. Makes it easy to navigate and track.

At times it would be more intuitive to navigate on the dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of how to track progress on testing. Before PractiTest, we were using excel, and it was more manual updates and harder to track
Practitest helped solve our Test documentation problem at Zoro
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked their features for uploading steps and evidence. Being able to provide screenshots for test cases helped in our testing documentation immensely in our testing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is overall lacking in design, it does not feel very much like a modern application, and can often feel clunky and difficult at times. Having a modern UI will help the application go further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business has problems of evidence of testing and the need for QA resources, while an effort to justify manual testers was made using Practitest, the person who implemented Practitest at Zoro ultimately failed in this effort, and our Manual QA team is being downsized as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Having easy access to PT point of contact when support or help is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the migration was a manual process and not entirely user-friendly. Not being able to archive dashboards.

Opportunity to provide dashboards for sprint and releases.
