Basic test case management
What do you like best about the product?
Good place for test cases....Web and Mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime UI/UX is little bit complex. e.g. user management would be more modern ...not it's not so clear what to do next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Place for test cases and documentation of those. Test results are easy to manage.

The tool is very intuitive and flexible. I also appreciate the quick and professional support.

I"m missing a bidirectional linkage between Practitest & ClickUp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My test repository is very well organized and it is easy and quick for me to search for specific test cases.
My Practitest Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the cost, it rivals the best tools out there in the market who charge an arm and a leg. The support is spot on and always always Responds. THis tool just rocks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more free functioanlity like Emailing defects with attachments, I know thats on the other license but it would be nice to have it on the enterprize license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im at a client who doesnt have any testing discipline, having this tool allows me to practiaclly help them step by step in their maturity level growth. Reports are great and dashboards are the winner of the day.
practitest has helped me allot during my work and very well designed site.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features most and the easy accessibility to all the tools within the website to access problem tickets, logs etc and everything is really just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about practitest that i dislike as all the features in that are awesome and easy to access and work in our day to day basis and very good designed UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for my work tasks, I get problem tickets to work on anytime with logs description that has raised for the job, which I get to view and report easily to start work.

Inability to cut and paste from Confluence/Word and retain formatting

Getting all of product test cases documented, as well as our integration tests

The GUI is intuitive and fairly flexible - we have had to adapt processes only slightly to transition to this tool

What do you dislike about the product?
I have 2 'annoyances' with PractiTest;
1) It will not allow tests to be executed offline - at times we have to conduct testing without internet coverage - either WiFi or Ethernet.
2) Once a test has been designated as Scripted or Exploratory, that attrribute/structure cannot be changed. You have to create a duplicate test and delete the old one - which is rather inefficient

The linking of requirements to tests in a simple and intuitive way.

What do you like best about the product?
Practitest has good customer service. They have some helpful reporting and clean UI compared to other test management tools available in the market. Their pricing model isn't the worst.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functional changes haven't been made in years. We talked to the agents, but they weren't accommodating. Instead, we were asked to provide the in-house scripts we wrote to automate and make our life easier using Practitest. PractiTest is a UI with filters and tags that make everything tedious instead of making test management tasks more manageable. Instead of improving the existing features, they are focusing on functions that aren't necessary, like Kanban board and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Practitest is solving aren't helping our team much. They should be working on improving the existing features. The reporting will help to provide coverage to higher management but they don't need to work on Kanban boards.
Great experience with PractiTest
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about PractiTest is ability to organize test instances into test sets, to see number of runs if each test instance. Reports and Dashboards are my favorite, one can get so much different information, statistics and so on using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The struggle are the filters, their nesting. Sometimes it's the hardest thing in PractiTest for my new teammates. But once you get a hang of it filters are manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PractiTest solves the problem of visibility pf the current test execution status to the stakeholders. Using Dashboards is a great way to provide visibility. Test case running history (tracking) helps a lot to identify why certain bug was missed.

Customized professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create numerous filters and the ease at creating reports, dashboards etc. Adding fields and customization great. Ability to importexport along with scheduling delivery of items is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see an updated GUI. Possibly color coordination between sets. instances etc. Ability to view all Projects at once. when creating dashboards/reports I have to export each project then customize for senior management due to fact that I cannot create report for all projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test Case Management and linking QA test cases to Jira tickets. Ability to configure seamless integration with Jira is fantastic. It allows an easy point of access to all QE team members.
