Upgrade of services of sendgrid
I am not able to upgrade the plan to sendgrid pro from AWS.
Send grid support says contact AWS. However sendgrid site says it has been upgraded.
I am stuck in a loop.
Was this ever resolved? We are in the same situation at the moment. We were hoping to dial Sendgrid into our development AWS account that we use for common AWS development services and we are unable to uplift the free tier and leverage AWS invoiced based billing. Unbelievable that Sendgrid/AWS haven't gone through basic workflow. The product should be removed from the marketplace until the issues can be resolved.
