What do you like best about the product?
Clicktracking: seeing, in real time, who's received, opened, and clicked on the link in my email campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
New UI: They recently overhauled the campaigns and contacts UI, for the worse. Both have tiny text that's hard to read, the action buttons aren't intuitive, and with the contact page, you have to scroll down to view all contact lists...half the time, I have to reload the page multiple times to view all pages. Also, service is TERRIBLE -- they're normally not answering their help line, and always "send this issue to the escalations team", when it should've been triaged there in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out very large email campaigns; tracking email delivers/opens.

Great for batch email/newsletter

What do you like best about the product?
The new Sendgrid “campaign” tool makes sending newsletter and batch email easy. The platform is user friendly and clean. I also love the "wysiwyg" HTML Editor!

The average marketer will, without a doubt, find what he is looking for with Sendgrid for a price that makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to love the "Legacy Newsletter" and now it is gone... On the other hand, Campaign is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let me send email to my contacts easily, have a nice HTML editor and the reports are on point!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it. I know that the price is a little high, but it worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid does what it says and we are using software for more that 2 years without any issues with their services
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in this software it just improves by time, but it needs to improve its mobile support for android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can connect to our client and end customer to solve his technical queries instantly via teamviewer, we can hold meetings and training remotely with no issues. we can even transfer files with connected user, unattended access is also a biggest feature which provides convenience of setting a password.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is butter smooth and works fine without any lags, but it is not free it comes with a price.

What do you like best about the product?
The transactional mail service concept. Don't use marketing mail as Mailchimp do this much better and frankly are a better company all round (business concept/pricing breaks/interface/support) in what they do, plus they have an affiliate program.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business which caters to small business, it is a big jump between the entry level essentials to something with a dedicated IP address and ability to whitelabel.

Interface is easy enough to use though not stellar, but documentation, and getting to it and support is not well designed or integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
avoiding the use of web server mail or maintaining IP rep. easier tracking reporting on mail delivery
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well, I recommended Sendgrid for their free and then entry level product $1/mth and will continue to do so as long as that continues. But the jump to $99/mth for a reseller/combined account situation just doen't make commercial sense to us, and there's no affiliate structure. I look for commercial quality products that offer me a business advantage and in turn I can make money from from my clients, but it has to be at a price point that makes sense.

Transactional Godsend

What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid drop in EXIM replacement for Cpanel servers, we use Send grid as a mail provider for all smaller servers transactional mail. This takes away new/young IP mail issues for smaller businesses. Thus far mail gets delivered to all the major providers without a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to View a particular mail in reporting functions, We used to use Mandrill which had the ability to view a mail of which had failed/rejected, this was very much used when tracking problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server side mail sending, taking away young IP reputation hinders of sending mail .

Best choice for easy to set up transactional email

What do you like best about the product?
The free version is a great way to get your feet wet and try out the service. Great service for sending transactional emails. The UI is great and very straightforward. Easy to setup, and has comprehensive documentation and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a more robust dashboard with longer historical reporting on email activity/events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending transactional emails and ensuring their delivery or notification of non-delivery is key. The easy to use interface to monitor email events is extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free tier, besides costing nothing to get started, it shows how easy to use and setup the service is. Certainly a no brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
Loads of functionality and Analytics. Well priced as well
What do you dislike about the product?
They do have lots of blacklisted IPs in their shared IP pools. I think it has to do with our sending habits putting us into their lower tier pools, but our business model requires it. We have a good internal reputation with them, so more transparency on what pool we are in and why would be helpful...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a cost effective delivery method for our platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see how much is improving over the past 8 months. The templates are becoming easier to use and the contact management is top notch. It's easy to create beautiful templates and track stats accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like that some templates look different in the builder than they do when delivered. Yo must check before you send

We need a reliable email tool to send monthly newsletters with beautiful templates.
