Glad I switched back to Twilio!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Twilio tells me precisely what to do to keep my emails in compliance and to avoid being sent to the spam or junk email box. I like being able to look up my send rate and deliverability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with understanding some of the instructions because I am not in specialist in the marketing field. I am thankful for the customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio helps me stay connected with my current clients and prospect through email marketing campaigns and deliverability. I can see my deliverability rates and I can understand when an email fails to send so that I can update my email list.

Reliable email for user experiences
What do you like best about the product?
SendGrid is very stable and reliable and we have almost never experienced any down time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are so small and SendGrid is sized for much larger organizations so that means if we need support it is a bit harder to get attention.

We use SendGrid to email our customers as part of their product user experience.

Isn't the most cost effective one. There are other platforms with better pricing and features.

Across multiple accounts, we send about 15k emails per day through SendGrid with a pretty good deliverability.
send grid api makes it easy to launch campaigns at rapid rate and reach out to multiple customers.

SendGrid Email services provide better domain encryption over SMTP and make integration easy.

One thing that I dislike is the latency factor in the SendGrid services.

Send Grid helps us reach out to our customers faster, and we can fast-track campaign progress with the help of SendGrid servies.

What do you like best about the product?
The API is affordable because it doesn't require a lot of money to run or to develop applications for it. It can do many things even if it's just a simple SMTP gateway, like sending out information and telling you if an email wasn't delivered correctly, which helps it work well.

I wish they could include a lot more features to nonpro users. Also, when looking at a competition like Mailchip, the features seem to be limited. Some more drag and drop features would be great.

Not much is there to dislike about what they have to offer on the table. For small scale businesses the financial aspect might be of a concern but if you are looking for a long run email program that proves to contrubute to your business then the financial aspects can be overlooked.
