What do you like best about the product?
it helps our marketing side; because of Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaigns our email campaigns' success ratio is coming more and we can easily monitor our whole campaign.

The cornerstone of email marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly easy to use while being incredibly powerful
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for it to be more accessible on an app and easier to integrate with other programs with less friction

It is helping me create and deliver emails on a more reliable infrastructure that does not get marked as spam
Simple and quick way to get out email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The email editor is one of the best I've used. It's way easier to customize an email than in something like Mailchimp. The visualization of the templates feels more responsive to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a challenge to import our existing email list, and we had to make a bit of manual correction when uploading an existing CSV file. Other than that there isn't much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending marketing emails to existing customers and users to let them know about growth opportunities and exciting updates in an easy and understandable way. Also, analytics on clicks and email bounces.
Email Marketing Platform that is mostly great
What do you like best about the product?
The built in email designer is solid for starting out, integrated with multiple 3rd part apps, and contact segments are easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of times when the platform is really slow or lagging, issues sometimes arise where some segments don't fully populate correctly, primarily technical issues.

Gives us an all-in-one email marketing platform that enables us to send to our list of contacts.
Reliable email service for bulk business communications
What do you like best about the product?
SendGrid is easy to administer - easy scheduling, dashboard and interface are easy to use and user friendly, has good documentation and the learning curve is short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing and customer service are the sticking points for me. I've had multiple concerns about billing and asking questions and it takes forever to get customer service to respond and resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed ability to send bulk emails - both promotional and just ongoing communication. We have used other email service providers in the past but opted to try SendGrid after the Twilio acquisition.

I had just registered my account, and when I went to log in there was an error. I found a
notice in my email that my account had been suspended, but I hadn't used any services at
all.
High quality email marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user of SendGrid API and email marketing solution since a while, and I absolutely love both of the products. The contact uploading & management is easy, and the editor is also very easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of 6000 emails in free plan per month is ok, but there should be flexibility in uploading 2000 contacts at any time during the month. Currently, you have to wait for an entire billing cycle to update the Contacts.

It is very easy to configure and get started. The users do not need too much information to create email marketing campaigns and execute them to the target audience.
