Easy to access and effective. They provide a very secure way to send email services.

One time they suspended my account. to resume services they took long time.

Best Email Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in sending email in bulk at good capacity without any hassle. It has the option of analytics and reporting and the feature of doing A/B Testing. We can analyze open rate, click rate etc and other important metrics on the go. It is also easy to schedule the campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Not on-time customer service and support. Need to wait for a long time for their mail replies. Service can be improved faster. The user interface can be improved, similar to Mailchimp, which has a better user interface. Can offer more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me in sending bulk mail. Integrating with other tools or applications. It helps analyze clicks, opens etc., which allows tracking the KPIs. It's easy to set up, reliable and trackable.

What do you like best about the product?
It has different ways to serve but what I like the most is how quickly it creates email templates and sends high-volume email marketing campaigns while keeping track of the analytics. This is really good for start-up businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors are inevitable in every tool that we use in any business but tools like this involving emails should always be reliable and more user-friendly as
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to delete blocked and bounced email addresses from my client and send bulk emails for my client, and it really did help a lot since I could do it in less amount of time and get a lot of tasks done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of this product the most, it allows me to customise my marketing campaigns the best without fear of ending up in spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product comes with a learning curve of itself, which may not be for everyone to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved my problem of sending automated emails to new leads to convert them to customers. It also increased open rates by landing in Inbox instead of spam and so additional ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
That it's reliable, it seems to do a great job managing the delivery of emails and/or diagnostics if your having difficulties with deliveries and a great stats package
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is not great, I still keep getting charged $250 per month for the email analysis report yet I can't access the reports, very frustrating. Moreover, they need to do a better job of laying out their pricing structure, I feel like it's very convoluted so your costs can skyrocket quickly if you don't pay close attention to emails sent and contacts added on a monthly basis. Or if you have problems with a list and need to delete it, it's not clear at all how to best do that without getting contacts double counted, etc..... Outside of the pricing structure and the report issue, it has been great in terms of email delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us deliver our member survey links to the actual members as opposed to being lost in email limbo. I do feel like the setup can be a bit tedious in terms of contacts but overall it saves us time ltrying to figure out if the "emails got delivered"

Good Platform specially if you need to integrate with a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Twilio is perfect when it comes to integration and scalability. The platform works well and we never have any kind of problems regarding service. The price is also fair by the product quality, ideal for middle and big businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some resources are limited, and also you need a developer with some experience to make the integration work (you can not do it by yourself, or maybe I didn't figure out how). Sometimes you wish that the service offers a little bit more. Expensive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do a lot more since I was able to integrate it with Salesforce. The emails are always delivered, and you don't have any problem when it comes to the service. It is always up and running regardless of anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Twilio Sendgrid email marketing campaign is a vital tool for sending thousands of emails daily in a single click. Easy integration and detailed deliverability statistics make it easier to refine marketing strategies to get better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I have not experienced any downsides as far as technical matters are concerned. Pricing may concern small businesses as their basic plans start at 15$ per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email marketing campaign by Twilio Sendgrid makes it easier to send marketing emails and newsletters to thousands of customers. The tool has made it easier to manage the overall marketing strategy. The detailed statistics made available about the clicks, deliverability and bounces help in revising the marketing plans. Overall, happy using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's kinda mailchimp and can help I'm sending email to bulk list.
While I had thanksgiving wishes to send to ky client, I used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports aren't that effective.
Personally I found it's dashboard bit off
