Appliance fails to serve apps or desktop

After deploying the appliance and going through initial configuration, whenever I try to login via HTML5 webapp or Parallels client, I always get Username or password incorrect error. Same credentials work via RDP so I know that my credentials are correct. Could not find anything in the support forums nor heard back from support on facebook messenger. Struggled for an entire day debugging with no solution.

Sorry to hear that and not get back sooner! It is likely that issue was coming due to username format as no domain or workgroup may have been specified when inputting the user creds. The recently updated version autoconfigures this to local VM hostname (since by default this EC2 instance is not joined to any domain), so now you can input username only along with password and work out-of-the-box.
