Best open source product
What do you like best about the product?
UI of the API manager and security with the key manager also good functionality with the wso2 apim. I'm using the wso2api manager for the api security. UI is much good
What do you dislike about the product?
not much the 3.2.0 UI is not good but 4.0.0 onwards it's good with the different UI changes. In 3.2.0 there is no sms notification feature rather than that there is no much dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving on the security to our APIs with good security with the gateway security. it gives secured functionality to our APIs and with the ticket system solving the problem is also good.

Most preferred among other API Manager products. We are presently on product implementation phase.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to implement. Further, it includes all necessary API Management capabilities. I highly prefer the API life cycle management and API versioning capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest version of the API-M only supports the API-M Analytics setup in an ELK Stack, which requires more hardware resources at the in-house implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API-M securely exposes the company's business APIs to Fintech and Corporate customers. This removes the overhead of API exposure and can focus more on business aspects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend the WSO2 API Manager product for any organizations having the requirement of Open API and Open Banking. The WSO2 support team provides excellent support which is very helpful.

While publishing API endpoints in the Publisher portal in the resources tab there is no option to select file content-type application/multipart data

To get a token we need to pass client-id and client secret in base64 format, here if we know client-id and client secret base64 format can easily be decoded so we can make some encryption and decryption processes for this.

1. I've used Web Sockets in my Application and the backend URL is shown in the Error Message which violates security.
