Easy to use, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup and configure with clear documentation to guide you. Customer and technical support reply quickly. some employees going above and beyond expectations to be as helpful as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, any issues we've had with AMS were quickly resolved in collaboration with their support.
In the coming "age of AI" it would be nice to have out-of-the-box integration with major PaaS providers' services from this area (e.g. to be able to configure sending a video stream's frames to AWS Kinesis, which the user can then connect to image processing services).

Ant Media Server is very easy to setup and manage.

Stability and scalability of video streaming project
Everything just works
Using this for a streaming app, everything just works, great documentation and also support ist quick and nice. The guys even develop functions explicitly for your needs if you ask.
Antmeida really saves my time and cost
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpfull thing was that it was so easy and straightforward to install and deploy in production (In our case, we deployed on our demand severs). Documentation and support was very good.
And the monthly fixed cost pricing is really nice. Most of other solutions was too complicated and charge per hour.

What do you dislike about the product?
I need to work on to improve the voice quality of live steram and record. I didn't dig deep on antmedia documentation by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Antmedia in our live shopping platform https://ardlive.mn (which is the first Mongolia live shopping platform).
Shoppers can directly purchase the products while viewing live stream in our platform.
WebRTC stream of Antmedia feature is used in our live shopping streams with chatting and shopping functionality.
And we have used also HLS converting and S3 upload features for record viewing to reach more broader audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical support team is very prompt, understanding the requirement carefully and recommending solutions. The streaming engine is very smooth and high quality streaming is achieved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment on aws and understanding the nuances of which instance type to go for etc is a bit complicated. Having a library of video tutorials might be helpful. However, the support team is very competent and proactive to answer all the necessary doubts.

Ant Media Server is a highly recommended streaming server software provider with outstanding customer service. The team, especially Murat, went above and beyond to solve any issues, optimizing settings and offering troubleshooting assistance until everything worked smoothly. The software is packed with features and highly customizable to suit different business needs. Overall, their dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional, making them a top choice for anyone needing reliable streaming server software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at this point. You can run the software on many different platforms. One word of caution is that the installer for Amazon Web Services instantly gives you a way larger configuration than you may need. I ended up opting for an install with Linode, as they have a one-click installer that just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sub-1-second broadcasting and quality control are well above other free options. The flexible pricing and the ability to turn on and off the service makes it a great option.

What do you like best about the product?
I used WebRTC Video Conference and Video Broadcasting. Both are great and ultra low latency streaming.

I liked everything in Ant Media Server. Nothing to dislike.

We need to set up Video Conferencing and Audio Streaming. Both things we helped from Ant Media.
Solutions offered by Ant Media were super useful for us!
We are a team of senior electronics engineering students and for our senior year engineering design capstone project we used Ant Media's Ultra-Low Latency WebRTC Live Streaming solution to build a system where we help the blind people navigate through the streets, by streaming to our cloud server and detecting various objects. In this application, the latency had to be very low since it is a real-life scenario, and it is very important that an incoming car is detected in a short time period. Ant Media's support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process as well. We really appreciate them a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful regarding the extensional of license. I was having a problem setting up the environment, but Amut is very responsive in checking if I want to extend the license for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't tried POC on it, but I hope it runs on Windows without having to set up virtual machines
