What do you like best about the product?
Multichannel support built in is great, huge set of features available in the software
What do you dislike about the product?
User Interface could be improved to be more intuitive, learning curve is steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a brick and mortar with 10,000+ SKU’s on inventory. We took on to selling via our e-commerce website (BigCommerce) and our old system did not integrate with BigCommerce. We chose Agiliron after much research for a platform that fit our needs and budget.

Horrible Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing about working with this company has been good. Up until I wanted to stop using them. Did anyone really want to step and help. By then it was too late.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been trying for 4 months now to get them to stop charging me. I keep getting promises that someone will take care of it. But they don't stop. And won't call me back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They aren't solving it. No one there can seem to get my account turned off and for them to stop charging me. Been 5 months of emails and calls. Worst company ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Agiliron is a robust software that has helped our business streamline it's processes. The integration with 3rd party apps is helpful and has allowed our team to stay focused on what matters, growing our business. The support team at Agiliron is exceptional with fast responses and helpful implementations. I would highly recommend this software to get your business to the next level.

Learning curve is high due to the robust nature of the software.

Streamlines our inventory management and allows us to integrate many of our sales tools into one single inventory management software.

Great functionality for the money

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and pricing. Also, loading products and executing price books.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agiliron could have better CRM functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small sports equipment distributor in the United States. Our products are manufactured in Asia and distributed through sporting goods dealers, retail through our website, and a small inside sales team. We used Sales Order for many years and were satisfied with its capabilities, but the customer service was non-existent.
After long and arduous research of other ERP/Order processing platforms, we switched to Agiliron in December 2020. Agiliron's mission is to respond to all customer requests within 24 hours and has proven true 100% of the time. The software is easier to use, and the customer service is exceptional. The onboarding process was thorough and methodical, and our customization needs were handled quickly and efficiently. Our account manager also helped to create customized email templates and account settings.
We currently use the integration with Woo-Commerce and Quick Books and intend to use the Amazon integration soon. We highly recommend Agiliron for any size business, whether new or established.

What do you like best about the product?
AgilIron is able to consolidate all of our current backend systems into one comprehensive program with so many options to handle future growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complex and has a steep learning curve, but the staff is there with you at every step to help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all parts of our business including wholesale, retail, e-commerce, inventory, CRM, as well as business intelligence and reporting. The number of hours it saves weekly in backend management more than pays for the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know that the initial investment will pay off for many years in the future. The AgilIron has so many facets to it, it allows for growth into the future without having to find new systems to handle a complex business. They continue to improve their software as new challenges arise for its clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Agiliron displays itself as the all in one solution I've been looking for. Having an online store front, a backend management system, and an inventory management system fits all my needs as a wholesale distributor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight downside is not having tech support immediately available at my beck and call. Understood that staffing is an issue everywhere though. Other than that, the product itself is fine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiliron is helping modernize a business that is well over 20 years old that survived by pen and paper previously.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Potential

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the product is easy to use and offers many facets of use. After over a year of using the service, I am discovering there are more and more features I could be - and could have been - using all along. I am sure I will continue to discover more features as I work with our new customer representative who has been recently assigned to our account. Parry has been excellent in educating me and going above and beyond to help me with what I need Agiliron to do for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I did not help set up this product and I was not involved with integration, we have used Agiliron since the start of opening our retail store over a year ago. One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory. We have only done physical inventory once, and while we were trained, the process was clunky and inventory was not recorded correctly.

Like any in-depth software, it takes a while to learn the ins and outs of Agiliron, especially if you are new to software like this. There are many features that are, and can be, available to you so communication is key to using Agiliron efficiently. While Agiliron does have a help center with tutorials, I have found the most helpful to be our customer representative who has been very responsive and incredibly helpful. While I do not find Agiliron to be very intuitive as far as user interface goes, overall, Agiliron offers a lot of tools and their customer service is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiliron has helped me solve issues of needing to bulk import products for store and customer orders. We have a lot of inventory with matrix components, such as a sofa offered in 100+ different fabrics, so things can be complicated. Agiliron, and our customer representative, have been very helpful in figuring out how to make this import process efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was great, they handled all the product imports and assisted with the set up. The customer support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for the reporting is not very intuitive, but it works great once the reports are created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our expanding inventory for our internal clients, which has allowed us to be more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Agiliron for a number of years and could not be happier. We have been in business over 45 years and have had a hard time finding a company that is not only personable, but efficient as well.

Most companies we find, wanted to sell you their system then basically forget about you. Frankly, we are a small company and I know they must have bigger clients but they always make us feel like we are very important and go out of their way to help us. I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.

We have not found any negatives with using this software program.

Inventory and Channel management. Also, purchase orders and general operations.
