The sandbox environment is conducive.
Navigation is straightforward within the environment.

It covers both the functional areas in one platform -Asset Management & Field Service.

Cloud-based, Intuitive UI, highly customizable platform for Field Service & Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive and the tool is cloud based so implementation is faster.
It is best tool for healthcare, telecom, utility and energy sector companies.

Not much to dislike. There is scope for improvement in some pages but definitely not something which our users are not comfortable with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cheaper than Oracle based products for the same purpose so the implementation fits the client budget.

The training course for FSM and Kloudgin Platform.

There is nothing to dislike, KloudGin team has a good partner training program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the great solutions available in the market, covering both the functional areas - asset management and Field Service in a single platform.
Reliable Cloud service
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to help Business schedule, optimize and provide excellent Customer Service using the product and features that KloudGin provides. The time lag is minimal, which is a plus. The App is user-friendly and needs minimum intervention, especially when getting new users on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though we encounter issues, most of which are temporary glitches and slowness but are quickly resolved by the KloudGin support team. If this can be avoided or fixed before users report problems while accessing the App on their device, that'd be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing and scheduling are the challenging fields KloudGin has consistently managed and solved. Incorporating customer requests seamlessly into into our integrated systems.

The Post live customer support is highly responsive and committed to our organization's success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI, while improving, is still not as intuitive as other software solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer success team provides ongoing support. The teams ability to customize the platform to fit our growing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contractor mobile application should be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KloudGin FSM and Asset Management tools allow us to deliver a seamless customer experience for our e-commerce customers while managing work order flows for our technicians. It also allows us to manage products, inventory, and other assets all in one application.
Overall satisfying and easy to work on
What do you like best about the product?
In kloudgin, there are many ways to open a dashboard. We can bookmark our favorite dashboard; it also contains two applications that help the work order to be executed properly and allow the user to keep track of the work order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel that there is any downside about the Kloudgin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kloudgin has two applications - mobile and web, which complement each other and helps the user to track and communicate with the crew and thereby helping the crew to execute the work orders efficiently.
KloudGin solution is very good FSM solution with good Scheduling, Mobility and Analytics features
What do you like best about the product?
KloudGin Field Service comes with robust scheduling, user-friendly Mobile UI and inbuilt Analytics. These are very helpful. KloudGin also provides in-built adapters for System Integration for Maximo, Oracle and others which is advantageous.
What do you dislike about the product?
KloudGin DCUI could be more configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless information transfer between Scheduler and Mobile helps a great deal

What do you like best about the product?
The system is capable of natively handling most of our business needs from Asset Management to Field Service Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there have been dramatic improvements in the Web 3.0 interface, the interface still has an older not so user friendly feel to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing operational data and passing the data long to our ERP for financial analysis

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and quick support! It's very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside to my role as an admin user.

It makes organizing data and I can easily search for information that I need.
