Great Product and Excellent Support

  • May 10, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We've used some flavor of HAProxy for nearly 10 years now. They have added features and have gotten more powerful during that time. Whenever we have issues or questions though, their support has been fantastic and some of the best support we have across our product stack. Can't recommend them enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more complex configurations are still CLI and/or manually editing configs. I'd like to see more added to the GUI so people newer to the product can pick it up quicker. This is really just a nitpick though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently utilizing it for Load Balancing purposes and some minor security layers. We're looking to add the WAF functionality in the future.

A little tough to serve static content sometimes, a small gripe!
