What do you like best about the product?
Scalabilty and options to control sepárate boundaries for traffic upstream and downstreams, rules, networking options complete availability, wide use cases, long presence as stable solución.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but it lost visbility vs Nginx ingress controller on kubernetes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially related to API Gateway. Partially loadbalancing.

Metrics and lightweight easy to manage. Cloud friendly

I like how easy it is to configure and the supported documentation

Some more obscure use cases took some more digging to figure out, but we still got it working in a decent amount of time.

It was a great ingress and load balancing for our external customers, allowing for great HA and even HA the load balancers.
